Dealership Service Review
We brought our car in for an oil change at 10AM on October 3rd. We we're told that due to overbooking it would take one hour and 45 minutes, it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. At 11:45 we asked about the car and were told 15 minutes. Forty five minutes later I was told they were just finishing. FYI, there is a screen on the wall showing a real time view of the bays with the cars. Keep in mind that we were told they were finishing up. We'll, at 1:15, I saw the car was just pulled into the bay. They were kind enough to comp the oil change, but you shouldn't be telling a customer they're finishing up when the work hadn't started. I did like the idea of filming the undercarriage so I could look at the details underneath.
