  • POOR AUTO RADIO

    Was in for recalls and poor radio sound. service installed a new antenna.The radio stills sounds scratchy sounding. I'm very disappointed in my radio. It is the worst radio i ever had in my life. I have owned new cars going back to 1968 and this is by far the poorest quality sound of all of them. I DONT IN ANYWAY REGUARD THIS AS A SERVICE PROBLEM. I BELIEVE ITS A HONDA PROBLEM. Service people were great.

    My Experience during this visit was nothing short of amazing, Demarco was such a joy to work with. He thoroughly explained all of my vehicles current needs as well as answered all of my follow up questions regarding what he explained during the overview. He was the experience! Very Knowledgeable and professional. Because of him I’ll definitely return to this location for future maintenance and repair. Thanks Demarco, you’re the BEST!

    Kim, my service advisor was very communicative regarding what needs done on my car. She’d send a reminder about my upcoming service appointment and would schedule both a Lyft ride from the dealership to my office and then from my office back to the dealership to pick up my car. During my last service visit, she was able to apply a coupon that I had to my total invoice. I would definitely recommend AutoNation for all your service needs.

  • My Fit and I Needed Help

    The service I received from Kim Soto at AN Honda OHare was OUTSTANDING. I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. Then my spare tire went flat and had to have the Fit towed to the dealership. Kim immediately took great care of me. My car was finished (including any multi point inspection) in a very timely fashion. Both tires were repaired and the car washed and waiting for me. The best part is my bill was SO low. Thank you AN and especially you, Kim

  • Fast, professional service.

    Was it expensive? Sure, but car service is expensive. I had a lot done. They were able to take me in right away and were finished surprisingly quickly. While they were working, they kept me informed, including sending me a video of what they found.

    This is my first time going to the service center and my first time doing a car service. They are very accomodating especially Jasmine, my service advisor. She listened to my concern and explained in detail the things I needed to be aware of. and I'm very satisfied with the service they did with my car and the facilities they offer for those customers waiting for their cars.     Jordan walked me through the options, service timeline, and kept me informed through the whole process. It felt like a service center that cares, not like a sales pitch, like some other places seem to be. They had a complimentary ride service take me home and back so I didn't have to wait the entire time at the dealership. I'll be coming back for all my auto services

    This Honda has been good to my car. They haven't tried to oversell me services and kept it running smooth. And they clean it up after servicing it more than I expected. I enjoy bringing my Civic here. Everyone on the team is excellent in every way.

    I had a large repair recently, and the service manager I worked with was able to make the experience as tolerable as possible. I am not happy with Honda in general right now, but AutoNation has earned my business going forward.

  • Not happy

    I have my car serviced on September 30th and was told that everything was fine. 2 weeks later my car battery dies and I needed to jump start it will stop and then another 2 weeks later it died again and the battery was completely unusable. Why was I not informed when I had the car fully serviced? On top of that, when I got the battery replaced, I was informed that the battery was not even a Honda manufactured battery . I have a 2019 Honda passport that I brought brand new. How is that even possible??!! The actual experience of going in and getting the car serviced was easy and they were very accommodating in providing ride share options for me to get to work and back while the car was being serviced. But what's the point in having that convenience when there are faulty issues with the car that they did not recognize and that I had to deal with 2 weeks later?

  • Piston Ring issue

    A few days prior to the scheduled maintenance, my wife complained that the car was shaking and little sluggish. Then, the check engine light came on. Diagnostic came out that there are bad piston rings causing misfire resulting to bad vehicle performance. Jordan explained the issue and the consequences if the issue is not addressed immediately. He also arranged a loaner and give me a ton of discount to lower my bill. I would say that Jordan and the whole dealership made my day. Thank you all.

  • Oil Change and Tire Rotation covered by warranty.

    Not good, had to wait over three hours for the service. Was told hour and a half. Brought in 10 to 15 minutes early than appointment. Was told twice another ten minutes at an hour and a half. Then told another ten minutes after two and a half hours. Assume understaffed.
