Dealership Service Review
I have my car serviced on September 30th and was told that everything was fine. 2 weeks later my car battery dies and I needed to jump start it will stop and then another 2 weeks later it died again and the battery was completely unusable. Why was I not informed when I had the car fully serviced? On top of that, when I got the battery replaced, I was informed that the battery was not even a Honda manufactured battery . I have a 2019 Honda passport that I brought brand new. How is that even possible??!! The actual experience of going in and getting the car serviced was easy and they were very accommodating in providing ride share options for me to get to work and back while the car was being serviced. But what's the point in having that convenience when there are faulty issues with the car that they did not recognize and that I had to deal with 2 weeks later?
