, I finally landed at AutoNation Honda O’Hare—and I’m glad I did. Shoutout to Michael Tiritilli for being the chillest car salesman I’ve ever met. No pressure, just good vibes and real talk. Traded in my Jeep (RIP, old friend) and drove off in a shiny new 2025 Honda HR-V with a great APR. Meanwhile, McGrath was out here trying to sell me a car and my own kidneys, 😂. Zero stars for them, five stars for Michael and the team at AutoNation!

  • Recall service

    I went for a service recall for my car civic. The service Yousef was not much helpful. In other words USELESS. After waiting for more than half an hour, he came to me saying that they cannot do the recall unless they take apart the driver seat and disconnect the lights that was installed underneath the car but they cannot put it back because it was aftermarket accessory and the people who installed can only put it back . I explained to service advisor Yousef that I did not it installed it but I bought the car from them with that light accessory so they should be able to put it back. He said they cannot do it. I asked can he find who knows who can do something about it. He said he doesn’t know anybody does and the general manger at that time I bought the car was gone already. So I went by myself to see he service manager and explained to him the situation. The technician who’s working on my car explained the problem. The service manager advised to just wait at the lounge and he’ll look at my car.. After almost 2 hours, service advisor Yousef went to tell me my car is ready. I asked him if they were to put back the lights back. He did not answer my question directly and kept saying repeatedly my car is ready. Useless service advisor. Doesn’t know what he’s supposed to know.

    Jasmine, the service representative, was extremely helpful. I came in with a flat tire on my CR-V. I did not have an appointment. I asked if the situation would be covered undered the service plan that we purchased with the new vehicle last month. She informed me that it was. I soon received a text with a video from the technician documenting the problem and demonstrating that nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. Jasmine took time to explain how the process would work. She clearly cares about her job!

  • POOR AUTO RADIO

    Was in for recalls and poor radio sound. service installed a new antenna.The radio stills sounds scratchy sounding. I'm very disappointed in my radio. It is the worst radio i ever had in my life. I have owned new cars going back to 1968 and this is by far the poorest quality sound of all of them. I DONT IN ANYWAY REGUARD THIS AS A SERVICE PROBLEM. I BELIEVE ITS A HONDA PROBLEM. Service people were great.

    My Experience during this visit was nothing short of amazing, Demarco was such a joy to work with. He thoroughly explained all of my vehicles current needs as well as answered all of my follow up questions regarding what he explained during the overview. He was the experience!     Kim, my service advisor was very communicative regarding what needs done on my car. She’d send a reminder about my upcoming service appointment and would schedule both a Lyft ride from the dealership to my office and then from my office back to the dealership to pick up my car. During my last service visit, she was able to apply a coupon that I had to my total invoice. I would definitely recommend AutoNation for all your service needs.

    This is my 4 th car and honestly My experience was very good and Bugra Kalayci as sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable . He explained me everything about the Honda crv hybrid car and provide me honest opinion . Hassan from finance team is also a very nice person who has provided me good financing options. Even he stayed extra time for me to go through the financing application.I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda O’Hare for car purchase as their staff is nice and respectful . You guys rock !!

  • My Fit and I Needed Help

    The service I received from Kim Soto at AN Honda OHare was OUTSTANDING. I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. Then my spare tire went flat and had to have the Fit towed to the dealership. Kim immediately took great care of me. My car was finished (including any multi point inspection) in a very timely fashion. Both tires were repaired and the car washed and waiting for me. The best part is my bill was SO low. Thank you AN and especially you, Kim

    Our salesman Joseph was helpful and no nonsense. Offered us a great lease deal and did not pressure us. The finance was simple and there was no pressure to get extras we didn’t want. In my 25 years of buying cars, I’ve never had such smooth and respectful sales experience. We will definitely get our next Hondas here.
