onJasmine, the service representative, was extremely helpful. I came in with a flat tire on my CR-V. I did not have an appointment. I asked if the situation would be covered undered the service plan that we purchased with the new vehicle last month. She informed me that it was. I soon received a text with a video from the technician documenting the problem and demonstrating that nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. Jasmine took time to explain how the process would work. She clearly cares about her job!
