Dealership Service Review
I went for a service recall for my car civic. The service Yousef was not much helpful. In other words USELESS. After waiting for more than half an hour, he came to me saying that they cannot do the recall unless they take apart the driver seat and disconnect the lights that was installed underneath the car but they cannot put it back because it was aftermarket accessory and the people who installed can only put it back . I explained to service advisor Yousef that I did not it installed it but I bought the car from them with that light accessory so they should be able to put it back. He said they cannot do it. I asked can he find who knows who can do something about it. He said he doesn’t know anybody does and the general manger at that time I bought the car was gone already. So I went by myself to see he service manager and explained to him the situation. The technician who’s working on my car explained the problem. The service manager advised to just wait at the lounge and he’ll look at my car.. After almost 2 hours, service advisor Yousef went to tell me my car is ready. I asked him if they were to put back the lights back. He did not answer my question directly and kept saying repeatedly my car is ready. Useless service advisor. Doesn’t know what he’s supposed to know.
