    I recently purchased a vehicle from there. A 2013 Sentra listed on their website at $11,995. I was somewhat surprised during negotiations when an additional $595 dollars was added to the price of the car. The salesman said it was a UCI fee that Jim(the owner) adds to all the used vehicles. I thought it was a fee added after the purchase price. I got it trimmed down some to 295. The price wasn't 11995 before tax title and fees, it was 12290. I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. The finance guy tacked on an additional 300 for etching which I missed at the signing. He did a great job of explaining how it saves the dealership money and the consumer some money on their insurance but failed to point it out on the bill of sale. I guess part of it is my fault for not crunching the numbers but I just don't like being lied to. If a car is selling at 12590, list it at 12590. Don't advertise a lower price and then tack on more money after the fact. I would suggest anyone who considers buying from them to be careful. Be firm in what you are willing to pay and negotiate any other fees that are not standard.

    I had been looking for a new car for weeks and was struggling to find the right fit when it came to low miles and something in my price range. Stopped by M'Lady Nissan in the early afternoon and not only did they find me the right car, but the right deal as well. They never kept me waiting for too long and each and every member of the staff was kind and courteous. I had an incredible experience as a first time car buyer and recommend M'Lady Nissan to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. Thanks for everything!

    Went in looking for a new 2015 nissan rogue. Salesperson was Brian. Found the car I was looking for and went for a test drive and knew that was the car I wanted. We sat back down talking about my options and negotiated a deal with 0% interest. All the other staff I worked with was very friendly. Also got a good deal on the interior and exterior paint warranty and remote start installation.

    My husband and I were involved in an accident and we had suspected the car would be a total loss and we went to M' Lady Nissan to look at cars a head of time. We test drove a 2012 Nissan Altima White. We liked the car but were still waiting on the decision from insurance and were unable to do anything. The Sales person understood our situation and offered to hold the car a few days and didn't ask for a check to do so or anything! I kept in touch with Martin W. the sales person throughout the week updating him on our situation. We received the call that our car was totalled and we had decided we wanted to pass on the White Altima but my husband was interested in a new 2015 Nissan Altima he saw on their website. We don’t have the best credit and we knew the chances of getting in a new vehicle with the payments we needed were slim to none. We ended up speaking with Martin again and made arrangements to come back to the dealership. When we got there we were surprised to see the vehicle we were interested was ready for us to test drive. We drove the car and loved it. We talked to Martin about where we needed to be with payments and he went above and beyond to get us there. As a matter of fact we actually ended up with payments under where we wanted to be. I have purchased 9 vehicles and I have to say I have never dealt with someone so understanding of our needs and situation. Even the Customer Service and Finance person we dealt with were great. Martin made our car purchase as easy and as stress free as it can be and "he is a man of his word" which we appreciate! On a scale of 1 to 10 Martin gets a 12!! Again we had an amazing experience at the dealership and in dealing with Martin. Thank you M'Lady Nissan for making this process so painless!!

    I went in with my mom to look at possibly getting a new car since we received an offer stating that we would get a $1000 rebate and 0% interest. We looked around for awhile looking at cars and finally decided on a Nissan Sentra 2014. After talking with the salesman we were able to trade in her old car and get it paid off and got the 0% interest on the new car. We are very happy that we were able to get what we wanted.

    I purchased a car from them 2 years ago and was very pleased with them at the time of my purchase. I recently received a letter from them in the mail with an offer of a $1000.00 rebate and a 0% finance fee for being a valued customer and of course I would obviously have to qualify. I thought to my self to good to be true and what do I have to lose by going in and checking into it and so I went in to see for myself and I left them with a brand new car which I got both the $1000.00 rebate, 0% financing, my other car paid off and got a great deal on my new car. I was very satisfied with everyone that help me in getting this great deal. My experience with them on both occasions have been very pleasant and I'm very pleased with them and with their services. Just want to say, Keep up the good work and I would definitely go back in the future

    I recently had a great experience at M'Lady Nissan! I found the exact vehicle I wanted and traveled from Wisconsin to test drive. The sales representative, Scott R., was very helpful and friendly. I thought that we would have to wait a long time to process all of the paperwork, but it went really quick. I love my new to me 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander!

    I had been shopping for a new Nissan for about two weeks, reading the papers, checking the internet and watching the adds for the best price. All the dealers promised the best price but then each one added different options and costs. One of the dealers I contacted for an online quote was M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake. On Friday Ken G from M'Lady contacted me. I told him that I probably would not be buying from him as he was so far away. He said that it would be worth the drive and then quoted me a price on a model that I could look at on line and compare against other dealers. The price was amazing. I was called by another dealer before leaving and was told that there was no way that M'Lady would sell me the car for that price. Well, they did and it was one of the smoothest and quickest transactions I have ever done when buying a car. Betty Joe in the customer relations department was great as was Brian Murphy in finance department, who made the transactions go smooth. It is too bad I live so far away; I bet the service department is just as good. I did get a call on Saturday from a manager at another dealer just checking to see of M'Lady sold me the car at the price quoted. I enjoyed telling him how smooth the process was. I would recommend M'Lady to anyone looking for a new Nissan as they have the best price and there is no BS once you get to the dealership.

    I had a great experience with everyone I worked with at M'Lady. It started with Bob (sales) whom was very consistent in calling me after I made an online inquiry. I never returned his call but due to his persistence; I decided to visit him when I wanted to start test driving. That and the fact that their dealership had the most Jukes in stock. Bob treated me with nothing but respect throughout the long process of driving cars and a couple hours of indecisiveness. Tom was very straight forward when negotiating prices. I felt like he was honest; he showed us the numbers; no tricks or gimmicks, no hidden costs. Betty Jo was a sweetheart. She did her job of upselling a few items but when I wasn't interested; there was no uneccesary pressure. The paperwork process with Bryan was simple and quick. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. What more could I ask for? My experience with M'Lady was fantastic!!

    Let's face it, many people complain about buying a car....you can never get everything you want but at M'Lady got pretty darn close. Scott and Mir were easy to deal with and never made me feel like I was getting ripped off. Scott was able to find us what we were looking for and fit our budget. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and would recommend Scott and the rest of the staff at M'Lady.

    Mir was nice. Kenny G. and Betty were amazing and caring salespeople. They treated me like their own child. Kenny even taught me to drive manual before I decided to buy my 2011 Sentra! I was glad to return the following day and purchase another new vehicle for my girlfriend. Thanks for opening your hearts to us.
