    Likes - low key - not a lot of pressure - seem genuinely nice - sales associate very helpful and sincere Dislikes - paid too much and was duped a bit with numbers presented in multiple ways which was cleverly done

    Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. Read their Yelp reviews which paint a more accurate picture of how customers are treated here. They attract you with lower prices and then rush you through the whole process while adding several fees along the way. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima from this dealership and the advertised price ($34k) is nowhere what I ended up paying ($41.5k). The whole process is not transparent. They rushed through the documentation and the documents are riddled with several hidden fees. I did ask several questions throughout my purchase and later realized that the answers were all blatant lies. Like other reviewers here, we were talked into getting extended warranty too. No luck yet trying to get that canceled. I was lied straight to my face that it can't be canceled for 6 months. I visited the dealership twice already but the finance manager is not willing to cancel it. Message for M'lady Nissan: Please address the serious issues in your finance department. It does not make sense to skimp on a $3k warranty from a customer who just purchased a $41k car from you. You just lost all future business/referrals from me.

    I have just purchased my second car from this dealership. I purchased the 1st one 10 years ago. I brought the older car in for all of its service needs. The staff is always considerate and polite. They don't overcharge me or try to sell me service I don't need. They weren't pushy about selling me my new car, and they listened to what I needed.

    Ended walking out on a deal because of the general manager Sam Harraz. We just wanted an apology for how he spoke to me on the phone prior to our arrival. He has no idea how to deal with people. He had his entire staff lie to my husband and me that he wasn't in. He is a prideful coward. If that many people can look you in the eye and lie straight to your face that is not the kind a dealership I want to be involved with. All over a simple I'm sorry. They lost a repeat customer. When I received the car I was supposed to trade in back it was missing the plates (they destroyed them without even having the title to my car) all of my floor mats were missing and so was the owners manual. I didn't think it was ok or even legal to remove personal property from a vehicle from a deal that wasn't finalized. I would love to hear from Jim M'Lady himself.

    After initial push to get us back to the dealership, the experience was pleasant. Product specialist, Jay, was very helpful and was really the salesman in the process. Had to have a sales person involved but that was more perfunctory and not value added. The Finance guy was a hoot and a pleasure to work with (even though I had to give him my hard earned money. The process of give and take is what I expected and is usually the same at all car dealers. Mlady made me feel important and treated my wife and I as we expected. The only downside to the entire process was the online quote which didn't represent a "real" price. It was loaded with discounts I didn't qualify for. This took a while for us to understand what I qualified for and didn't qualify for. We got past this and bought the car.

    Everyone I experienced there was extremely friendly. I usually don't enjoy these types of experiences but this one was actually pretty quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend.

    Today I leased my first car from Nissan. The employees, Eddie and Bryan, that I worked with were professional and efficient! The efficiency of the employees is what makes this location wonderful. I came in knowing what car I wanted and left with that and a wonderful experience.

    I had a 2013 Nissan Juke that sadly got totaled and it was really hard not to have. All the staff at M'Lady Crystal Lake went above and beyond for me and my new 2016 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who's looking to buy. Thank you!!

    This was my 2nd lease purchase from M'Lady. Just as with my first purchase the experience was pleasant, smooth, and professional. During my first 3 years, the service department did a great job of maintaining my Altima and getting me in and out on a timely basis. Once the car was in for an overnight servicing and I was very pleased to be given a new Altima for a loaner. Overall a great place to do business! BTW the coffee in the service department is great!

    Jay Alvarez did an excellent job explaining me what the 2017 Pathfinder S does. Even after I was done transferring my junk from old to new vehicle, he stayed there to explain more details of the pathfinder. Excellent salesperson. Greatest experience overall that I have ever had from a dealership.

    A great experience that can’t be matched. I’ve been shopping cars for the last couple of months. Several agents at M’Lady have been gracious while I kicked tires time after time. When I finally found the exact car I wanted, I mistakenly went to Libertyville thinking they were all the same. Well, they’re not. Just before I signed, I double checked, and found the M’Lady lifetime oil changes, car wash, and pricing just can’t be matched across dealers. What a relief I made that call. M’Lady gave me the red carpet treatment at their closing hour. Kamil had my car out front, took the time to walk me through every feature, Scott happily walked me through aftermarket deals and protection options, and Abe gave me an outstanding finance deal. I got a price and rate the other dealer wouldn’t get near. Thanks for treating me like my business matters!! What a Win Win!!!

    Great place to buy a car. They listened to me, heard me, and sold me what I asked for at a fair price. During the entire process I never felt uncomfortable or that I was being upsold. An honest car dealership! I highly recommend for new car buyers. They have a loyal customer in me.

    M'lady should be your FIRST stop if you want a Nissan. Matt Ripley and his Managers did what it took to earn my business. this was my second Nissan dealer and 4th dealer I walked into. the other Nissan Dealer was awful. I went in to M'Lady expecting to discount them and get the same feeling. I went just to check them off my list and go to Cadillac and Infiniti and buy a used Q50 AWD or a New Cadillac ATS AWD I wanted the Maxima but they do not offer AWD (Knock Knock Nissan... You can use the same AWD as you do on the Q50. It's basically a fancier Maxima) but back to M'Lady :) I was warmly greeted, never pushed, LISTENED to, given exactly what was advertised and then some as well as a very fair price on my trade-in. Want a Nissan? Go there first. Ask for Matt Ripley
