They made a mistake but they owned it.
by vbock on 07/15/2025I was there today because, as it turns out, the service team damaged a tire pressure sensor a few weeks ago when replacing one of my tires. So the fact that I was there at all was very annoying. But I was treated courteously, given a… reasonable expectation of how long it would take, (that time estimate was accurate) and a clear statement that the problem was due to an error by the service department. I appreciate that acceptance of accountability. The oil change and car wash was nice, too.Best Service Center Ever

Service good…sales not so much

Very little wiggle room when trying to negotiate a new car deal. Lost my business to Rosen because of… it. I was told loyalty was the GMs priority…that’s a joke. Service 5 Stars…Sales -5. Wasn’t sure if I’d be given an opportunity to express my disappointment other than this survey…never again will I purchase a car from Elgin Hyundai. They lost more business than just mine. I’ve recommended two people there who bought cars…they won’t be going back either…

Always Great Service

He is super patient with me and I appreciate it greatly! I am always working while I… am waiting for my car so I'm always on the phone or in a meeting and Andy never interrupts or rushes me out. Great Service Experience

He really heard me that I am struggling financially and did not pressure me at all. I had stopped coming there because I had the same… person check me in more than once and they pressured me to the point I said okay to things I could not afford. If everyone was like Bob in the Service Field and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a female the world would be better for it. I've since ran into problems and my car got towed to another dealer. It's been 2 weeks and very stressful. I have consulted Mike a couple of times and he was extremely nice and helpful.Sandra, we sincerely appreciate your feedback.
