Service good…sales not so much

onThe free service offered by Hyundai is great. The facility is new and clean. The service and sales staff are professional and courteous. Very little wiggle room when trying to negotiate a new car deal. Lost my business to Rosen because of it. I was told loyalty was the GMs priority…that’s a joke. Shop around before buying here.

Service 5 Stars…Sales -5. Wasn’t sure if I’d be given an opportunity to express my disappointment other than this survey…never again will I purchase a car from Elgin Hyundai. They lost more business than just mine. I’ve recommended two people there who bought cars…they won’t be going back either…
