Great Service Experience

onIt started with the person checking me in (Bob) Truthfully I will be back because of him. He listened. He really heard me that I am struggling financially and did not pressure me at all. I had stopped coming there because I had the same person check me in more than once and they pressured me to the point I said okay to things I could not afford. If everyone was like Bob in the Service Field and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a female the world would be better for it. I've since ran into problems and my car got towed to another dealer. It's been 2 weeks and very stressful. I have consulted Mike a couple of times and he was extremely nice and helpful.
