Happy in my new Hyundai

My wife Jen and I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Stephanie Herrer throughout the process. From start to finish, Stephanie was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience - not just a sale. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she patiently answered any questions we had. Whether it was walking us through the features of the car or helping us understand financing options, she made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Stephanie, Jen and I drove away not just with a fantastic new car, but also with the peace of mind that we made the right choice.     STAY AWAY FROM DEB CAMPBELL & JASON AT THIS PLACE Pathetic customer service. Here is my experience: Me and my friend went here to buy Hyundai Elantra SEL. Salesperson Abbas was nice to talk with but the manager JASON was very very rude. He made fun of us in very arrogant manner. We added review on Google with our negative experience, and Abbas called us again to come and visit and make things right. ABBAS with NICK offered good price for lease to make things right and asked us to remove the review. After finalizing everything, went to financing manager DEB CAMPBELL - she asked for extra 380USD for license plates, which was already part of lease amount invoice. After clarifying that I was able to get the agreed upon price. I leased the car and after a day they called me back and told as per your residency status you are not eligible for lease and rather buy the car - Understandable, but finance manager DEB CAMPBELL without even asking if I want to finance through them ran my SSN for finance that added 6 HARD INQUIRIES to my account and that too with added 2k on car price. 
When asked why inquiries were made, answer was I already gave them permission last time to run credit on me when I leased the vehicle. Does it mean they can run credit whenever they want? So I left with no car and bad credit at the end. I am going to take this matter to credit union and see how it goes. Please please stay away from this store.

    I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience. I walked into Napleton’s Valley Hyundai frustrated and overwhelmed, after having a bad experience with another dealership. The staff at Napleton was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to see me in my dream car. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. My dedicated sales consultant was Spencer Caudill. Spencer was knowledgeable, fun loving and dedicated to putting me in my vehicle. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer, or that I was being sold to. I felt like I was with a long-time friend, who happened to sale cars for a living. The sales manager Faris Ihmeidan was one of the most kind, caring people I’ve ever met. He was extremely patient, understanding and had a calming energy. I immediately felt that I was in good hands with him and his team. Faris, Spencer and their sales manager Brian Anderson stayed well after closing, to ensure I drove off their lot a very happy customer! I was trading a very recently purchased vehicle, so we had some issues with the title. This caused me to have to return for a second day. The manager Brian, made sure to help me personally, so I was able to be home in time to catch the US Open Tennis final. He even knew who was playing and we briefly discussed the history being made. Because it was a 2day process, a Customer retention specialist Kiayana (sp) also checked in our my process before I left for the day. I can tell you, I will NOT purchase a car from any other dealership, as long as these wonderful people are on staff at Napleton’s! I have since been trying to figure out the best way to send a thank you lunch or small gift to the staff who assisted me. There are no words to express how happy I am to have walked into their showroom. Kudos to the Executive Management team for their hiring, training and being an example of excellent service for staff to follow!

    A bit high pressure. Once they had a deal they were in no hurry to finish the paperwork. We waited over an hour to get into the finance office. They did not appear to care how long we had to wait. I have found this is the case with most car dealers.

  • My worst car buying experience ever

    I knew car dealers could be deceitful but was not prepared for what I encountered. My previous car buying experience had been totally focused on customer satisfaction but this experience was focused on deception to maximize a single sale in any manner possible without regard for customer satisfaction. I requested to be shown the least expensive option for a desired set of features and later discovered I was shown the most expensive. I was told the specific car I had researched had been sold and now wonder if that was true after all the other deception I experienced. There were additions to the vehicle that most people would not choose and the dealer refused to remove. After a long wait for finance, I was not even provided with required paperwork and had to return. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything in the future.

    Went in for routine maintenance on my current 2020 Tucson limited and walked out with a brand new 2021 Tucson ultimate all thanks to the amazing work of my sales consultant Joe Williams and the general manger Al! I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle but I couldn’t pass an opportunity to upgrade my current one at the unbeatable rate Joe was able to offer me. He was able to get me into the Vehicle I had truly been wanting for years for a very reasonable price. Joe went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t leave that dealership until I was fully satisfied. He was very patient, persistent, personable, and most importantly professional! With Joe’s efforts and the assistance of Al together they were able to make my dream of owning a Tucson ultimate a reality. Words truly cannot express my gratitude. To say that I love being a member of the Napletons valley hyundai family would be an understatement . I have been with Napletons for years and they are exceptional, with every experience being better than the last. As a customer I am always made to feel top priority. They build rapport with you, they make sure to consistently provide you with complimentary refreshments and snacks while you wait, and they go out of their way to accommodate you. For example, there was a major snow storm headed our way and they sped the process along to ensure my safe travels home. And Joe even offered to unload/transfer my vehicle belongings INDOORS bringing both vehicles inside the dealer just so that I wouldn’t have to be out in the snow and he helped me gather my things! Thanks to Napletons valley hyundai myself and my family all are proud owners of new hyundai suvs/sedans. Napletons is certainly the #1 hyundai dealer in the Midwest for a reason they are unmatched hands down! Thanks so much Joe and Al for everything and as always I look forward to my next visit!! :)
