STAY AWAY FROM DEB CAMPBELL & JASON AT THIS PLACE Pathetic customer service. Here is my experience: Me and my friend went here to buy Hyundai Elantra SEL. Salesperson Abbas was nice to talk with but the manager JASON was very very rude. He made fun of us in very arrogant manner. We added review on Google with our negative experience, and Abbas called us again to come and visit and make things right. ABBAS with NICK offered good price for lease to make things right and asked us to remove the review. After finalizing everything, went to financing manager DEB CAMPBELL - she asked for extra 380USD for license plates, which was already part of lease amount invoice. After clarifying that I was able to get the agreed upon price. I leased the car and after a day they called me back and told as per your residency status you are not eligible for lease and rather buy the car - Understandable, but finance manager DEB CAMPBELL without even asking if I want to finance through them ran my SSN for finance that added 6 HARD INQUIRIES to my account and that too with added 2k on car price. When asked why inquiries were made, answer was I already gave them permission last time to run credit on me when I leased the vehicle. Does it mean they can run credit whenever they want? So I left with no car and bad credit at the end. I am going to take this matter to credit union and see how it goes. Please please stay away from this store.
