Scott had it all cleaned up, he was very welcoming, professional and was very thorough when… going over the vehicle. Scott was amazing I really enjoyed doing business with him. I can tell he knew the product very well and pointed out features I didn't know it had, based on my own research. Also, I want to acknowledge Teaunna Lester, Finance Manager she was amazing as well, very professional and welcoming. She took her time going over the paperwork and answered the all our questions without any hesitation. Infiniti of South Atlanta has a great team. Scott and Teaunna are great assets to the company they made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this location! Mark Smith, a service consultant at Infiniti of South Atlanta, treated me right, the technicians… determined and handled the actual problems, and they are helping me to avoid future issues on an older car through their advice and monitoring. They have my confidence and gratitude.Team Adam!!!!!1

Because my husband and I had purchased two brand new Infiniti’s, which took us no time to fall in love… with, we then embarked upon an expedition to keep our relationship with INFINITI solid and intact. That quest landed us at INFINITI of South Atlanta which would be the beginning of forever. We made contact with Avery Anderson who is the epitome of what customer service is as well as an ambassador for the INFINITI brand. We purchased two Infiniti’s which Avery made such a seamless transaction for us two years ago. We were so pleased that we went back around the beginning of November, dealt with Avery Anderson again and purchased two brand new INFINITI 2017 SUV’s. Because of the integrity, knowledge, and professionalism of Infiniti South Atlanta, we thought it not robbery to take the 4 hour drive one-way again to get “real results!” This is the dealership if you want honesty mixed with knowledge of product, coupled with professionalism and seamed with genuine customer service. He, and General Manager, David Watts, took the initiative to keep searching for a… vehicle that had all the features we wanted. They gave us a good deal, so we ended up buying a 2017, when we initially thought we wanted a used vehicle. We like the fact that the dealership supports their local area through charitable giving and sponsorships. The facility is first class. You get Free Oil Changes for the life of the car, and other perks. We are loving our 2017 QX80, and highly recommend Infiniti of South Atlanta.Horrible Infiniti Of South Atlanta
by Jemarsea2323 on 06/27/2015Well today is June 26,2015 and I just purchased a Used 2012 Infiniti M37x. There was so much deception with this purchase that I really don't know where to begin. So lets start here. I previously owned a 2005 Infiniti G35x. I had started… experiencing some mechanical issues with the car as a result of the axles breaking. So I ended up having my car towed up to infiniti for an diagnostic. After diagnosing the car I had a repair bill or 2$500+ dollars so I decided to look into getting a new car. I spoke with Andre Goolsby who seemed to be a fair and trustworthy person, as they all do. We went through a few options and after looking I decided on a 2012 M37x with 29000 miles on it. After going over the numbers with Andre I told him that I did not like the numbers that was presented. The deal was that they were giving me 3500 for a car that according to KBB was worth 4200 in rough condition and up to 8000 in great condition, $618 monthly payment and $2500 down. Well I didn't like that deal so I told him I would just get my car repaired. He later talked to me and told me not to pay the bill at that time but let them start the repairs and he would work it out. So the next 2 days I hear from Andre and He told me that they would give me $4500 for the car which sweetened the deal for me. He text me and told me not to come by at that time because he was trying to take care of the service bill that he said he would take care of. So finally he said to come on by. The first wrong thing was that the car we originally agreed upon was not the car he tried selling me. I had asked him what happened to the car and he said it was sold, and i had no clue. In addition the car had 55000+ miles on it and a different interior. I asked about it and he said that one was $3000 cheaper which was ok with me. Since im running out of characters to write more ill sum it all up. I end up having to pay a $2500 service fee for a car I sold to them and a down payment. The car was dirty on the inside and I didn't get the spare key. The icing on the cake is when he said that his dealership wont pay the bill because they dont want the care. Worst possible experience.
by three4me on 03/10/2010Just purchased a used car from Infinity of South Atlanta. There is only one word to describe the experience. Nightmare. If you expect people you deal with to actually do what they say they will do, you will be sorely disappointed with this… dealership. After troubles too numerous to list here and being lied to over and over again, I actually wanted to halt the finance process and return the car but they refused to refund the cash I put down. I would have be forced to take them to small claims court. Since I am a single mom and needed a car to keep my job, I was forced to swallow the crap sandwich they served up. Calls to the self-proclaimed "managers" rendered nothing but more empty promises.One of the Better Infiniti Dealerships
by kay58 on 02/10/2009This is my 3rd leased Infinti from South Atlanta and the first from their new showroom. When I was looking for my first Infinit shortly after seeing the G35 for the first time at the AJC autoshow, I encountered 2 dealerships that seemed to… not understand they were selling a brand above the standard Nissan dealership. One dealership in Cobb County practically was making me beg to take a drive even though the lot was full of new models. They seemed to want to "qualify" me first (I was a 45 y/o professional woman, not a young kid looking for a joyride). After being at the lot for 15 or so minutes until my husband arrived I was ready to leave. But when my husband got out of his vehicle the sales person shows up with keys. So we left that dealership. The other dealership in Gwinnett seemed to be just as bad, although we didn't stay there long as we were just passing through. The next week my husband suggested the South Atlanta dealership and the difference was night and day. The salesperson immediately offered us somthing to drink and asked what we were interested in. After discussing certain items we wanted on the vehicle, he came out with the keys to 3 different models. We drove one and was hooked. He knew we wanted to lease and what we wanted to pay. The Marietta dealership was turned off by the fact I wanted to pay nothing down, however he came back with his finance manager and begin to work with us. We left that night with a vehicle (a loaner) and came back the next day to pick up our freshly cleaned G35. After 3 years we really wanted another one, but I had lost my job and thought we couldn't afford it on my husband's salary alone. My husband had told me the resale value was much higher than the residual and we may just buy the 2003 model we had. However we were immediately put in the hands of the Internet Manager which was able to arrange to have our lease payments lowered over $100 on a new model with no money down. My husband said those were lowered payments than a loaded Accord or Camry (a downgrade I would have accepted but not been as happy). This was only a 24 month lease so we were back mid 2008. Still no better financially, we expected to just turn in the lease. But again the finance manager (never the same person twice) worked to keep our payments about the same (however 39 months now) and we were off in a 2008 model (my husband wanted to wait for the 2009 G37, but knew that would be over budget). Before the Infiniti I had leased a Lexus, and honestly Infiniti dealerships could learn a lot from Lexus. But compared to other "standard" dealerships, including the BMW dealership we visited, Infinit of South Atlanta ranks high on my list.Service does not match Sales
by kay58 on 02/10/2009I wish I could rank the Service Department as high as the Sales Department, but I can't. For one they are way overpriced (a standard oil change, not synthetic, is about $40). While they are really friendly and the waiting area is nice as… well as the fact that loaners are included, they rank about even with my Ford dealership or a Honda/Toyota dealership. Once you have visited a service department at a Lexus dealership you are spoiled (fresh brewed coffee, widescreen TV, Leather lounge chairs, work stations for laptops, etc.). And believe it or not they are lowered priced. I checked the other day and their oil change is $39.95 for synthetic oil. Infiniti of SA wants $69 for the same service. Now one selling point about the Infiniti service is the park and ride at the airport. I've only used this service twice in my 3 Inifinit's and was well worth the extra cost of service. You make a service appointment informing them of the need for park and ride. Park the vehicle in the covered park and ride location and enjoy your trip. You returned to a clean and serviced vehicle and pay nothing for the parking (that alone is normally over $50 for a 7 day trip). Also on my first visit they called me to make sure I was having a good trip and to let me know the vehicle would be waiting when I returned. That is a bonus feature I wouldn't get from a "standard" dealership.7am oil change

We brought our vehicle to Infiniti of South Atlanta to get some of our extended warranty stuff done. We dealt with Melissa D and she has… totally turned our view of Infiniti around. She went above and beyond to help us out and to try to fix what another dealer messed up. We left very happy and would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and family. We have read some of the other reviews on this site and did not have a problem with anyone we worked with at the dealer. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us.Impeccable Customer Service

Ms. J. was my service agent on my first purchase about two years ago on a G35 and during that transaction I stated to her that the M37 was my dream car. Due to… her passionate service and her ability to assess my desire to acquire the M, she stayed in touch with me to make sure my dream was realized two years later. It is this type of customer service and care from Ms. J. that motivated me to acquire the M37. Ms. J. exemplifies the Infiniti service pillars.
