I previously used two other service providers, who did not make the proper diagnosis and charged me to keep replacing parts until one worked. Mark Smith, a service consultant at Infiniti of South Atlanta, treated me right, the technicians determined and handled the actual problems, and they are helping me to avoid future issues on an older car through their advice and monitoring. They have my confidence and gratitude.
