by Powercpl1$ on 04/17/2025Pablo at Capital Buick was absolutely amazing to work with! First off I HATE going to car dealerships! But Pablo made the experience effortless! My wife never asks for anything and rarely does anything for herself so when she expressed… interest in the all new 2025 Buick Envista I knew I had to make that happen for her. I had called several dealerships and only Pablo at Capital Buick was able to win our business due to him being knowledgeable, attentive and ultimately very persistent in getting us the best deal! When I contacted other Buick dealers no one could beat or even match the price that Pablo was able to obtain for us. And being as though this was a gift for my wife Pablo went the extra special mile in making the purchase effortless. He was able to also get me a military discount as I am a veteran AND I had a trade in that he was able to get me at least $1,000 more than the trade in was worth via a special incentive! When we arrived to possession of the car we were literally in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes! When my car was ready, it’s set there for a bout 5 mins, I man came out and I asked, “is that my car” as he was… getting coffee, he replied “I don’t know” the after getting his coffee he said, come with me I’ll check you out” WTW??? I purchased a new 2017 GMC Terrain and we made the deal completely over email/phone. The price was amazing and I was convinced that when I got… to the dealership to sign the papers there would be some surprise charges or fees included. To my surprise the price was actually slightly lower than I assumed it would be! Ms. Donna in the financing department was also very nice and helpful. I will definitely be using Capital Buick again in the future.Excellent Experience!

I found the vehicle on the Capital Buick GMC website and the discount was significantly greater than any others i had found in metro Atlanta. I called at 0930 and asked for the sales… department. Brooxie Shelton took my call and agreed to hold the vehicle until i could come in that evening. After arriving, I was shown the vehicle, went for a test drive and decided to proceed with the purchase. Brooxie and her co-workers stayed after closing time in order to complete all that was necessary. I was unable to take deliver immediately as I was leaving town and was asked when i was returning. It turned out that my wife and I were returning mid afternoon Sunday (the dealership is closed Sundays) and Brooxie immediately offered to come in and complete all that was required for delivery. I took her up on this most generous offer. We thus met Sunday afternoon. All the features of the new vehicle were reviewed without feeling rushed and I drove home our new vehicle several days prior to when i would otherwise been able to.Great Experience

by tboomer on 12/30/2015I dont usually write reviews but buying a car is a huge purchase these days and its hard to know who you can trust to give you a good deal but also to make the experience pleasurable. Let me tell you these folks have it down pat. I… received a mailer with a special offer for current GMC lease holders so I made arrangements with their internet manager Ralph Noel to come in and do some test drives. I have to tell you that usually when I go to a dealer just to look and test drive I put up that invisible barrier as usually you get pressured. But Ralph was very personable, helpful, and absolutely didnt try to push me into the vehicle. After figuring out that I didnt need a pickup anymore, we started looking at Terrains. Based on the features I wanted he had a brand new 2016 in stock. Ralph explained the features, we went for a test drive, and as soon as I got back, we started the leasing process. Ralph and the finance manager James Washburn got me ever rebate reduction they could find and then I sat down with James and we started going through all the paperwork. He was very organized and paper after paper it went like clockwork. And despite the length of the contracts, Ralph broke it down and explained it in terms that were very easy to understand. I know Ill be back in 39 months when this lease is up to lease another vehicle here.On behalf of our dealership, I sincerely thank you for taking the time to write such kind words about our sales team. I have traveled and visited every Buick dealership from Griffin GA to Gainesville, GA checking pricing… and researching the dealership before I made my decision to buy. Capital Buick was by far the best experience I received overall and in every aspect of my purchase; making the purchase a very easy decision to make. Gmc envoy overheating
by Switter on 06/13/2015I had an overheating issue and my vehicle is still overheating over spending seven hundred to fix this issue the first time I thought GMC could fix a GMC I guess that is not a solely reliable source. I'm not upset just highly confused,… questioning if I should try a second time with GMC.I want you to know that your feedback is greatly appreciated.
