I dont usually write reviews but buying a car is a huge purchase these days and its hard to know who you can trust to give you a good deal but also to make the experience pleasurable. Let me tell you these folks have it down pat. I received a mailer with a special offer for current GMC lease holders so I made arrangements with their internet manager Ralph Noel to come in and do some test drives. I have to tell you that usually when I go to a dealer just to look and test drive I put up that invisible barrier as usually you get pressured. But Ralph was very personable, helpful, and absolutely didnt try to push me into the vehicle. After figuring out that I didnt need a pickup anymore, we started looking at Terrains. Based on the features I wanted he had a brand new 2016 in stock. Ralph explained the features, we went for a test drive, and as soon as I got back, we started the leasing process. Ralph and the finance manager James Washburn got me ever rebate reduction they could find and then I sat down with James and we started going through all the paperwork. He was very organized and paper after paper it went like clockwork. And despite the length of the contracts, Ralph broke it down and explained it in terms that were very easy to understand. I know Ill be back in 39 months when this lease is up to lease another vehicle here.
