    The recall work was done as required by the recall. Drop off was done as promised but I did not receive a call to let me know the car was ready pick up. I called and picked up the car, it came to you clean and left covered in fallout from whatever tree it was parked near with no offer to clean it off.

    I personally want to thank the General Manager Chris for personally taking care of his customers! Once he was aware of my issue he saw it through to the end and made sure it was resolved! Also want to thank Alana for taking the time to pickup my vehicle and take it to the dealership for me. She made sure when dropping it back off that I was satisfied with the solution, and I am!

    Bad engine in car...was replaced in a timely manner. However, I was not given a rental as promised when I delivered the car.

    The sales man at AutoNation went out of his way to help my mom find the right car for her. Also he spent additional time working with her on getting the financial side set with me, her son. Very friendly and they make you feel like family there at AutoNation.

    I dropped my car off at the scheduled time. The representative told me that it would be ready in a couple of hours. He called when it was ready. I picked it up and all was fine. Everyone I met there was friendly and courteous and very efficient.

    I have tried to have my Santa Cruz service for weeks in Hyundai (Hwy 278 dealer ship/ whiten head) just got so frustrated that I decided to call Savanah dealer ship and process was 10 times better, great customer service and they scheduled was not to far away. thanks

    I always love going to AutoNation to get my car serviced. An oil change was due. I was kept updated on how much longer my car was going to be there while waiting in a warm waiting room equipped with snacks, drinks, and a nice TV.

    The work was just an oil change and tire rotation plus checklist of various items. Work was competently done but took 3 hours to do while I waited. It should have been completed in an hour.

    Everyone there is very nice, however It took over 2 hours for an oil change& tire rotation when I was told it would be 1 hour. Ig they don't check balance of tires because my tire balance light was on. If the 73 point inspection was done, they should have caught that. Also it was over an hour before anyone informed me there was a waiting area with coffee, etc.

  • Home of the all day oil change

    I was there for nearly 4 hours getting an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled. They also had multiple openings due to last minute cancellations. People came in after me and left before me. After 3 hours I asked how much longer because I had to get my kids before their after school program ended. I was told it was waiting to be detailed. They “checked” and said 5-10 more minutes, I found out that the detailed skipped my car to do another first after being told it would be another 5-10 minutes. It took another hour. I would say this experience was a one-off but the same thing happened the first time I went. This was my second time. They say they vacuum cars out as a part of detailing but maybe they said that wrong because they only did the front driver and passenger seats. Skipped the back completely. The detail job was NOT impressive at all.

    Brought vehicle in at 5000 miles for service and was told that my service could only be done at 8000 miles. I left the dealership and spent the next several weeks trying to find the time my new vehicle was suppose to be serviced. Attempted many calls to the dealership, but all were answered by the call center and they had no answers for me. Ended up calling the sales team and found out service had a direct line, although this number is not published. My vehicle was due for service at 6000 miles and I was already 1000 miles past. Made an appointment and the work was completed.
