    I wasn’t pleased with the service. I had an appointment 8:30 that morning for an recall part and to program two key fobs. I also was supposed to received an routine inspection they perform. I received my car around 3 that afternoon they… said I needed a new battery because one of my cell was dead and they couldn’t program the keyfob and I can pay to get it diagnose to see why . I told them no thank you and I’ll just take my car . The lady who went and got my car came back and said it wouldn’t crank can she price me a battery. I politely told her no thank you and I never had issues starting my car. They said they had to jump it off and when I received my car back my module fuse 7.5 was on the floor. I ask the the front desk to have the mechanic to put it back and he said it was important and he forgot to throw it away. I just wanted back in because it was never missing whether it’s important or not. Now after I left I went to battery plus to get my battery checked and they told me it was good. I couldn’t believe it. I took it to auto zone to get another opinion and they told me it’s a good battery. I just feel they are shady .

    This was probably one of my better experiences at a dealership. The workers were very kind and professional and very thorough on the work that was performed. We dropped it off instead of waiting and the turnaround time was quick and had my… car back in minimal time. Would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone in the area.

  • Peacock to AutoNation Nightmare

    I dropped my car off at 12 it was not done until 5 just for an oil change and a service recall. This was the second time I took my vehicle for the seevice recall and yet again I was told the part needed was not there. I paid for a service… plan when I purchased my car from Peacock which is now Auto nation. Despite that I had to pay $34.00 for my oil change because apparently Autonation Oil changes cost $105.00 and the service plan knly pays out $68.00. Why in the world would an oil change on a Hyundai cost $105.00. The service lady was nice (Morgan) she tried to make the horrible situation better but how could she, when working for such an unscrupulous company. No qoute was given to me prior to service, they tried to make me pay the whole $105.00 and I had to bring up my service contract and wait 15 minutes while proof of the contract was found. Autonation has screwed up this transition and are screwing all the Peacock customers.

  • The D-train brought our sale into the station!!

    Their sales staff and finance department are the real deal! Shout out to our sales representative DJuan White! Dude was the boss. Gentlemen through and through! Knew his cars and was never pushy at any time. We told him what we wanted… and needed and he delivered to the penny! Gave us his number and email and told us to call text or email at anytime we need him. And we have and he responded promptly! And with the correct answer we needed. The whole finance department never made us feel pressure to do anything we didn’t want to do. Handles our finances gently and made the whole process very comfortable. Will do business with them for service of our new vehicle and any future purchases.

Mark remained patient, courteous, professional, and friendly as we completed a 120… mile SC to GA long distance deal. He has continued to stay in touch, make sure I was satisfied and Wrangler running well. He and staff has been there if I have issues or questions of any kind dealing with sales contract, service, and general information.

    After trying another local dealership that was very disappointing decided to give AutoNation Hyundai Savannah a try. I was very pleased with my experience there. My sales person Tyair was professional and very considerate of my concerns and… worked with me to get me into what wanted. The sales manager Terrance and Henry in finance were very helpful as well. Even after the sale was completed Tyair continued to reach out and offer support for any questions have or will have in the future. It was definitely appreciated to find a dealership that is willing to work and listen to customers wants and not try to push them into something that is not wanted.
