Dealership Service Review
I was there for nearly 4 hours getting an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled. They also had multiple openings due to last minute cancellations. People came in after me and left before me. After 3 hours I asked how much longer because I had to get my kids before their after school program ended. I was told it was waiting to be detailed. They “checked” and said 5-10 more minutes, I found out that the detailed skipped my car to do another first after being told it would be another 5-10 minutes. It took another hour. I would say this experience was a one-off but the same thing happened the first time I went. This was my second time. They say they vacuum cars out as a part of detailing but maybe they said that wrong because they only did the front driver and passenger seats. Skipped the back completely. The detail job was NOT impressive at all.
