onBrought vehicle in at 5000 miles for service and was told that my service could only be done at 8000 miles. I left the dealership and spent the next several weeks trying to find the time my new vehicle was suppose to be serviced. Attempted many calls to the dealership, but all were answered by the call center and they had no answers for me. Ended up calling the sales team and found out service had a direct line, although this number is not published. My vehicle was due for service at 6000 miles and I was already 1000 miles past. Made an appointment and the work was completed.
