Great Ride

Both of those visits were great experiences, no pressure, and everyone was so friendly.… My last visit resulted in the purchase of the Santa Cruz; they just made it too easy not to. I've never liked the whole car buying process, but Quinton made it an easy and low stress experience for me. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, and also very honest with every step involved along the way. Unorganized, long wait.
by 17santafe on 04/02/2023I brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in for a recall and wipers. My appointment was 11am and didn’t get my car until 2:15pm. Not enough sitting. The worst Hyundai I’ve ever been to. I sure hope the new building helps but if I can help this… was my first and last visit. Oh and the tried to charge me $92 for the front wipers. Personally I could have gone to an auto parts store and they wouldn’t have charged me labor.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Engine repair covered under warranty
by BrianWoo on 03/19/2023My Hyundai Tucson had an engine bearing fail on January 1 st 2023 which required an engine replacement. It took 5 weeks for approva of warranty coverage. And and one week to get the part and another 5 weeks. March 9 th it was complete.… Why 3 stars. I had to drive 40 minutes to the dealership to get a loaner car. Then I was told I would have to pay $65 a day for the car if it wasn’t approved. As the first 2 weeks went by I turned in the loaner car and borrowed a family members car until it was approved. I wrote Hyundai customer service wandering why it is taking so long for approval on or around February 2 nd. On.that Saturday I was told by Hyundai customer care to follow up with the dealer. On that Monday I drive another 40 minutes to the dealer to say it was approved. When I needed another loaner car which now would be covered for 30 days because it was a warranty repair I had to wait another 1 week and 5 days. And multiple trips because no one would pick up the phone or return my messages. (They probably have caller ID). So I went back in again to be told to come back on the 11 th to get. Loaner car. The loaner car I got had no license plate or temporary tag. Just a piece of pape for the car. I then began communicating weekly to see the status of an estimated time. Always initiated by me. Throughput the whole process I was called to tell me what was wrong and when it was completed every other communications in February and March I do by email. Some were returned with a reply. When you buy a Hyundai they are quick to talk about the warranty I just thought the approval of a warranty claim shouldn’t take 5 weeks and the owner doing all the leg work. Not having enough loaner cars available is not my problem but Hyundai and the dealership. They seem to blame each other. How are you supposed to get tow work on a 35 mile one way commute in a management position which requires long hours. It was like pulling teeth to get a loaner car. But boy oh boy I was quick to get a email from a sales person to see if I wanted to trade my car in once it went into the service. I have leased 4 Hyundai vehicles over the last 12 years this is the only vehicle I bought. So the vehicles never had a lot of miles. This suv had 71,000 miles on it. When the engined failed. In a nit shell. Realize that people rely on a vehicle to live and work. We don’t have a mass public transportation system. Have a plan and a sense of urgency to take care of loyal customers because if you take care of them long term profits and success out way the short term expenses that are caused to your dealershipHi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Console lights repaired

Approximately two weeks later, I received a call and was told to bring the car in to be… repaired. Check engine light
by Lilapril on 03/06/2023Brought my car in, days went by never got a call update. Had to make multiple trips in to even get updated on my car. First time came in couldn’t find my car. Second time in states the problem but doesn’t know what to fix but would let me… know tomorrow. Now it has been two weeks and third time coming in and is noticed it was the fuel cap, service lady puts it on, says the light goes off, offers a shuttle from my house back to dealer and never does it. Pick up car and a day later light comes back on.
