I called for an appt in Dec '22 and was given May 4th appt which I thought was nuts. I received my repaired car on June 16th only to return it on June 19th because of a new noise. Wrong parts had been ordered twice; had to wait for the next shipment twice. My car was returned to me for a second time on June 27th without noises and had been washed and vacuumed. She looked all sparkly and brand new! Melissa was great in keeping me informed with the good and the bad and kept a pleasant disposition through these frustration circumstances. Five days into this ordeal, she called me back in to pickup a Loaner for the duration. Thank goodness because the rental cost (in spite of top tier Hyundai Corp Warranty Contract specifying a Loaner) was killing me!! Seth rode with me on June 19th to hear the new noise. He admitted the new noise was foreign to him but he figured it out! I think this was not a typical experience with them and am willing to give a second chance now that they are in their own facility.
