Damaged Truck while in shop

Good afternoon Mr. Kiser, Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I would first like to apologize that your vehicle… sustained damage here at our dealership. I know that this was an inconvenience to you and we appreciate your patience with this whole matter. When your truck was here on Saturday, two sales managers and the service manager both looked over the vehicle and could not find any additional damage on the vehicle. Also, this incident was not reported to any insurance company so your vehicle will not lose value. It will not be on its CARFAX report and you do not need to disclose this information when and if you would like to trade it in. Could you offer any specifics about the damage that you say is still visible? Great car buying experience

After extensive online searches and visits to car dealerships I finally came across exactly what I was looking at Ed Voyles. I called Ed Voyles and spoke with Tyrone Tucker who… confirmed that the car was still there and promptly sent me a text message with contact details. When my daughter and I arrived at Ed Voyles the car was ready and Tyrone greeted us with keys in hand. From there on out the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Tyrone handled the transaction like a true professional which helped to put me at ease. Three days later I still feel really good about my purchase and couldn’t go without giving Tyrone a five stars review. Worst Car Shopping Experience Ever!
by wendibe on 09/18/2016***Dishonest*** I would give this dealership a zero star rating! I was offered a deal in writing from this dealership. I told the salesman (Rodney) I would go down the road to eat (as I had a 2 year old that was hungry) and me and my… parents would discuss the deal over lunch. After our meal, we returned to the dealership to be greeted by a different salesman (Spencer) who proceeds to tell us that they will not go through with the previous written offer we were given. We couldn't understand why the deal we were promised was now being retracted. Their reasoning was the sunroof (that they agreed to fix in the original written offer) was going to cost more than they had originally planned. I then asked them (as this was a certified pre-owned vehicle), “why wouldn't the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty cover it (because I was previously told by the original salesman this was a bumper-to- bumper warranty)?” This salesman (Spencer) tells me the sunroof would not be covered under that warranty. I said, “Rodney (the original salesman) told me the certified warranty (3 month/ 3,000 mile), was bumper-to-bumper coverage.” Spencer then told me that it would not cover any thing that was wear-and-tear (not exactly sure what this means, if that was the case most likely nothing would be covered under this so-called "certified" warranty). As you could imagine, we were not happy after spending practically all day there with a 2 year old. The Manager of the Pre-owned Auto Division, David (along with Spencer), entered the office where we were. A few minutes went by with discussion of us trying to understand their reasoning for wanting to back out of the deal. Soon after the manager, David, announced extremely loudly and with a defensive tone, that he was going to “exercise his rights, and back out of the deal.” In which case, we left immediately. I have never met so many dishonest people all in one day. This was an extremely miserable and disappointing experience to say the least!!!!Hi Wendy, I apologize for this experience as this is not what I expect from my staff. I will be speaking to all of the employees involved to find out exactly where the break down happened.
