He explained what would happen in detail. Thomas also gave me the exact time my vehicle would be finished along with washing it for me. I was treated as if I were a paying customer even though I paid nothing because it was a recall. He did everything as promised and for that not only am I grateful but I would recommend anyone to make an appt at this location with Thomas.
