Had my 2015 Ram in for warranty repair while there large dent made in door. I will let you read their response. Good afternoon Mr. Kiser, Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I would first like to apologize that your vehicle sustained damage here at our dealership. I know that this was an inconvenience to you and we appreciate your patience with this whole matter. When your truck was here on Saturday, two sales managers and the service manager both looked over the vehicle and could not find any additional damage on the vehicle. Also, this incident was not reported to any insurance company so your vehicle will not lose value. It will not be on its CARFAX report and you do not need to disclose this information when and if you would like to trade it in. Could you offer any specifics about the damage that you say is still visible? It appears that the dent was removed by a dent removal tool and the scrape repaired by a buffing wheel.
