They get you in and out and don’t pull any sales tricks like other dealerships (“free oil changes “) the owner always buys cars that re in excellent used… condition. When you have a lower budget, purchasing from Carvana is a little difficult because both cars I received had issues and weren’t able to be kept. I had to return both of… them. I’m not familiar with buying high priced, or luxury vehicles from Carvana. Purchasing vehicles from VIP Kars has been a pleasant experience and all of the vehicles I have driven from here are clean and run well.Great sales man and affordable cars

by Redmustamg on 08/11/2018Looked at a mustang and found the spare tire missing. Was told they had it in the shop and would put it back as soon as I bought the car.I went ahead with the deal. I asked about an extra key and she said I could buy one off of Amazon. I… asked about an owners manual and was told I could buy one off of Amazon. Went to finance to finalize the deal. While there I was told that they could not find the spare. Was told they did not have the key to the shop. The saleswoman and finance manager said that they would ship me the parts. Just before leaving the lot I found a spare tire in the trunk. I took the car home and found that the spare or the tire tool will not fit the car. I called back about the problem and was told that they would have to talk to the owner to get it approved to replace the spare. Finally got it approved and ordered. It arrived at the Car lot on August 2. After I finally found that out they said they didn't know how to get it to me because they don't pay shipping. The service manager would have to talk to the owner. Was told that it would be shipped . It was a communication error on third end and that I would get a comfirmation about the package. They never called back with the confirmation. In fact they would not call me back most of the time. They would say I will call you back in 15 minutes. They will not. You will have to call them. They will give you an excuse like the owner is in meetings all morning . When you call and get them on the phone they will tell you I just talked to the owner, I couldn't get anywhere so I had to run do it myself ,I just found out and was going to call you. These are some of the excuses that you will get when you call them because they will not call you back. To all future customers make sure you have everything you are wanting in the deal when you leave and that it works. Once you leave you are on your own. I still have not received a confirmation on a package that is suppose to be shipped to me. To tell the truth I don't think that they will even send it to me. At this point I don't believe they will uphold third end of the deal.Red Mustang
by red on 08/11/2018Bought a car on July 31. During the deal was told I would have to buy a spare key and owners manual myself. The spare tire was missing and was told it was removed to keep it from being stolen. At the end of the deal I was told the spare… tire could not be found. I was told that it would be shipped to me later. As of today August 11 I have not received the spare and canñca get anyone to confirm that it is being sent to me. I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have to call them only to be given an excuse. Please do not buy from this location. They do not have any service after the sale.Chris was great

I kept coming back to several cars in the lot at VIPKars.com. Once I came to the dealership I… was greeted by a delightful young man Chris who helped me decide which cars I wanted to drive and which to eliminate. I test drove many in two days and ended up with a Toyota Corolla with low mileage and clean car fax. I am very pleased with my purchase. Chris was great!!Bought a car unable to get a tag for months

After a month and no tag I called and they said it should be sent after 2 more times contacting the dealership they are finally sending. We are unable to drive the… car now because the temporary tag is expired and we are still waiting for the tag. Lastly representative in the office that files the tag is very rude. Don’t bother buying a car from this dealershipGreat Dealership - You WONT even feel like your at one. Just that relaxing

Lincoln the Finance Manager is arrogant and curses like its okay (unprofessional), but does know his job. Overall, the best… Dealership I've dealt with in over 20 yrs. Highly recommend buying from them. No Dealer fees or hidden numbers either & sales prices are on the windows. Very relaxing fun place to shop for vehicles. Of the 3 salesman I worked with, Eddie was my favorite.Great, honest place to buy a car

I shopped around online a good bit, we visited several places and went back to VIP Kars. The had very competitive Internet pricing and the… best part was NO HIDDEN FEES! Tax, tag and titLe out the door which made the entire process haggle free. We worked with Will who was very straight forward. The car we chose had new tires and new brakes and checked out GREAT with our mechanic. We feel like we got a fair deal and would highly recommend this place. The facilities are not fancy (who cares) but the cars seem to be good quality, the staff are professional and nice. Both times we went the place was very busy.Simple and easy

When we arrived at the lot, Ryan had the truck waiting for us to test drive.… Loved the truck. The buying process went smoothly and was pretty quick. I would recommend Ryan and VIP Kars to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward experience.Great experience

DOCUMENT EVERYTHING on the "WE OWE" Document regardless of what they say. After my experience, I would not recommend my… worst enemy to buy a car from VIP Cars and Will. Unless they wanted a car with known issues that was supposedly repaired but then told they would have to pay out of pocket for and when returned to get help, body damage was done on the car and threatened to have car towed to impound. Screwing your customers are not the way you run the business and I hope that people will realize from this post, PLEASE BE CAREFUL.Awesome

Upon arrival Wayne says...let me get the car cleaned which should have ALREADY been done. I said dnt worry abt it Im… in a rush. Go to leave Wayne says let me get the tape & stickers off...Im thinking why is this not ALREADY done. My fiance gets in car to leave calls me to say car had NO TAG. I get ALL THE WAY HOME DOWNTOWN ATL for him to call & say they won't let me leave with the car. I drive all the way back to Marietta to be told since I dnt have a GA DL bt my fiance does so he has to be primary owner. After speaking with manager hearing stories abt ppl never returning cars & financing charge backs which both did not apply to me I asked for my check back & left. They need run that bad customer service on ppl with credit challenges relying on them for financing...I CAME WITH A CHECK & should have been told day 1 about the DL requirement. Spent my $ else where
