Showed up with check in hand from my credit union Friday...did all paperwork went back Sat with my fiance for him to sign. Upon arrival Wayne says...let me get the car cleaned which should have ALREADY been done. I said dnt worry abt it Im in a rush. Go to leave Wayne says let me get the tape & stickers off...Im thinking why is this not ALREADY done. My fiance gets in car to leave calls me to say car had NO TAG. I get ALL THE WAY HOME DOWNTOWN ATL for him to call & say they won't let me leave with the car. I drive all the way back to Marietta to be told since I dnt have a GA DL bt my fiance does so he has to be primary owner. After speaking with manager hearing stories abt ppl never returning cars & financing charge backs which both did not apply to me I asked for my check back & left. They need run that bad customer service on ppl with credit challenges relying on them for financing...I CAME WITH A CHECK & should have been told day 1 about the DL requirement. Spent my $ else where
