    Scheduled appointment with rental car provided for recall. They did not honor commitment and said they haven't provided a rental car in 2 years.

    This service department is bar none, the worst I have ever dealt with. Being told the part isn't in for an urgent recall because the appointment was made on line like it is our fault their systems don't talk is outrageous. We will drive way out of our way to go to another location because that will be less inconvenient than wasting our time here. This wasn't the first time either. We had made an appointment to replace a window and when we showed up for that appointment the service tech said they don't do that work. The techs may be great, but there front office and management is atrocious. Do not go here.

    After scheduling my service appointment 2 weeks in advance, Ed Voyles still ended up wasting an additional 5 days of my time by failing to 1) contact me with any status updates, 2) failing to call back on multiple occasions, and 3) failing to actually get my car’s multipoint inspection performed. Even though I had a prescheduled appointment, they indicated there would be a 24-48 hour delay due to being backed up at drop off on Wednesday. Then after 48 hours, they indicated they would need at least another day (72 hours) and that I wouldn’t hear about my car until Monday—leaving me without my vehicle over the weekend.. At no point did I raise my voice or become uncivil, and yet, I still had this very poor experience! After the onsite service manager failed to call me back in a timely fashion, I removed my car from the service schedule. Avoid this dealership if you value your time and quality communication/service!

    If I could give them a zero I would! I have left numerous messages for the General Manager to call me as of this post he has not responded. I bought my first Dodge here in 2017 I have had nothing but problems over the years with this service department. I have alerted my salesman and service advisors that my truck skips. Every time I took it in for any reason I let them know. No one ever found a problem. Now I’m being told there are major problems and the estimate which I have not seen is 7 thousand dollars! I spoke to the Service Manager today asking for help with my truck he was rude, and refused to help in anyway. I explained to him I was a cancer patient and that I have been a patient at the Ed and Dora Voyles Breast Center at Emory since 2017. He did not even know who Dora Voyles was nor did he know anything about the center. He showed no concern for me as a customer or as a breast cancer patient. Does anyone know what I can do? They obviously don’t care about their customers or the charities the company is involved in.

    I've been going here for years and ever since the car shortage has been going on the service center is horrible gouging customers breaking and damaging cars. Its unbelievable how bad the service center is now. Don't believe me?, check out the 1 star reviews on google. it seems that they make fake accounts to cover their tracks. Complete nightmare with a whole lot of disrespect. super unprofessional. look at the Better Business Bureau write up on them, its remarkable that they haven't been hit with a class action yet.

    have a 2005 Acura MDX that I want to keep. I brought my car in hoping for a better deal with excellent service. I received both I was able to save some money and still receive excellent service on my car. I was very happy and grateful to the technician 👨🏽‍🔧 Malik Cain for taking such good care of my vehicle 🚗😊👍.

    Hanging out in the waiting room was great! Free coffee and the comfy chairs made for an easy waiting experience. Thanks for taking care of both of the recalls on the Jeep as well!

    I had an exceptional excellent customer service by the Mgr Todd Harper and Service Specialist Thomas Pappas. The service was so good I call the next day after receiving my car back to inquire on other areas I want to repair. They have built trust and given confidence to me that they will do a good job and the right thing when it comes to your vehicle and to you as a customer. They are very professional and customer service oriented. Which is very hard to fine. I would highly recommend this dealership. If you want it done right I would say take it to this dealer. I am so grateful I did.

    Thomas Pappas not only made me happy but turned unhappy to happy. I always enter with attitude because I was sold an extended warranty at a different dealership with the promise that everything that can possibly happen to a car is covered except for the radio and video system. Not so! Chrysler needs to do something about these guys. He said that if something is not covered, call him and he'll pay for it out of his pocket. This was said in the presence of several people including Chrysler sales staff and clerical staff which made me confident that I didn't need to actually read every word. Big mistake! For this most recent repair, after paying $463 for a rental car for the first week of the repair because the rental benefit of the lifetime warranty runs out after 100,000 miles, Thomas arranged for a loaner for the second two weeks. I was very grateful for that. He was courteous and accommodating in spite of the tough job of having to deal with disgruntled customers misled by warranty salesmen who are long gone. Btw, the transmission was covered but not the motor mounts. Thomas is a credit to his company and I will always request him for service and suggest you do too.

    I took my 2009 Charger in for two recalls, Drivers Air Bag & Timing Chain. I brought it in on a Tuesday at 9am, and was expecting it to be done in a couple of days. Boy, was I surprised to get a call first thing the following morning saying that our car was ready! The Consultant, Tremaine Montgomery, was courteous and knowledgeable. He even helped me with an unrelated issue, and I really felt great about our interaction. Tremaine represents Ed Voyles very well. I'll definitely be coming back. John Williamson, Marietta Georgia

    The repair totally perplexed another dealer so I brought it to Ed Voyles. It had them perplexed for about a week until they figured it out. But they kept me in the loop, gave me a good car to drive and completed the work. Nice job on what was an oddball issue.

    I will admit that I set the bar pretty low for expectations since I had no appointment on a Saturday morning. Upon my arrival I was informed that it would take about 3 hours for the inspection and oil change. I can not pretend to be happy about a 3 hour oil change but I place great value in and appreciate honesty. Almost to the minute, after 3 hours passed I was on my way (maintenance and inspection complete). Next time I will plan a little further ahead to get an appointment but it is nice to know that not having an appointment doesn't mean writing off a whole day sitting at the dealership.
