    A couple of days after work was performed on my car, I noticed the inner ring of my hubcap was missing. I complained to the managment about it - nothing. I wrote a letter to the manager - nothing.

    First time they said truck was ready-get there and they CANT FIND THE TRUCK. Second time they said truck was ready-get there and the technician locked our keys in their toolbox. Third time-truck is finally ready but they had it for 2 full weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. Bad service. Autonation Honda, get it together. "Ain't nobody got time for that."

    Marion at AutoNation was extremely helpful. I had just had a bad experience with Honda Carland in Roswell, and I really appreciated the professional attitude and willingness to assist that I received from Marion and the finance team. Thank you and I love my new car!

    Two weeks ago, I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, V 6 with Navigation at AutoNation Honda on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs, GA. It was a whirlwind weekend. Reviewed and selected several vehicles online from different dealerships. I worked with Jena B, Online/Internet Sales Manager, AutoNation Honda. The process was fast and pain free and I felt Ms. B was honest and not playing pricing games – have no tolerance or patience for games. I paid a good price for the vehicle based on industry comparison, other local dealerships and kellybluebook.com and edmunds.com websites. Overall ,it was an excellent purchasing experience. Only thing that would make it better would be free all weather floor mats for the interior car - to match the all weather mat in the trunk but it does not reduce my experience rating. BTW: Received .9% financing (.009) for 60 months and $750 rebate. I would highly recommend, Ms. B whose honesty and professionalism are rarities in the car sales profession today.

    I bought 2 new cars this year from this sales rep, Jena B. She had the best price I found in the metro Atlanta area and the best follow through as a dealership I have ever encountered. The car was ready for pickup and the experience was very professional. The dealership even added a couple of items unexpectedly at no charge which was a pleasant surprise. Services were offered and explained but not pushed in an overbearing way. I really appreciate being treated as a knowledgeable consumer. I'm 66 and have bought many cars in my life. This is the best experience I have had.

    About 8 months ago, I purchased a SUV from Team Honda. When I got there, I noticed that the car that I wanted was park in the front of the building. Before arriving to the dealer, I have repeatedly asked the salesperson if the car was available to be sold. He told me yes. So, I drove with a friend of mine to purchase my dream car. However, the car was already been sold to another person. Since I wanted the car, I requested to see another one. The sales person informed that he can make the deal for the same price, if I am willing to purchase it. Which was a lie. All he wanted was to make the sale. He raised the price from the one that I originally wanted to $1500 more. So many bad experiences. It is too much, words cannot even explain. Finally, since the car is a used car, I had to pay extra money to re-certified it. I thought that after paying the extra thousand dollars, everything would be fine. No, the dealer collect the money, but never certified it as brand new. I wonder what happened to my money? I would not recommend this dealer to my friends or anybody. It is still a headache dealing with them.

    Jena B. at AutoNation Honda in Lithia Springs was a pleasure to deal with when I bought my Honda Fit last week. Not only is she clearly a "people person," she really knew her product -- a lot of salespeople don't, unfortunately -- and hustled to get it ready when she knew I was interested. She and her sales manager also didn't waste my time playing games with add-ons I didn't want. They made me aware of them, then cut to the chase and gave me their drive-away price, which was competitive. Other dealerships insisted on playing those games with high-priced stuff I didn't want, like pinstripes and and "protection" packages, wasting my time and theirs. Jena didn't. If I were in the market tomorrow for another car, she'd be the first person I'd call.

    I recently leased a 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L from AutoNation Honda in Lithia Springs. I worked with Ron S. and Jon K. and the service provided was excellent. The entire experience went smoothly from the initial internet contact to driving off the lot with my new vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have leased from AutoNation Honda and the service is the reason I will continue to work with them in the future.

    I attempted to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord from every dealer in Georgia. I contacted thirty dealerships through their "Contact Us" connection on their dealership website. My main point was give me your best drive out price. The majority of dealerships had follow up that was comical and totally frustrating. AutoNation of Lithia Springs got the message immediately; "drive out, your lowest possible price". And that is what they did. They gave me their lowest price which beat many dealers who managed to respond directly by up to $3500. Most dealerships tried to avoid the issue of price by inviting me to their dealership to test drive their Accord EX and talk. They didn't seem to believe I knew what I wanted. AutoNations "Contact Us" personnel got all of my needs immediately to the person who almost immediately sold me my 2014 Honda Accord EX. The salesman's name was Marion Y. My wife and I, after reviewing our needs decided to buy two 2014 Honda Accord EX's. I believe that was a surprise to Marion and he was appreciative. I also informed quite a few of the other Honda Dealers what they could have had a shot at if they only read the information at hand and took it at face value. Their ability to communicate and consummate a deal over the Internet was definitely lacking. I wonder how many sales they miss out on in a year's time because of their lack of quality Internet sales organization.We drove 95 miles to Lithia Springs the next Saturday and picked up our two vehicles and drop off our two trades. The service after the sale was super. Marion, the Finance Manager and everybody we talked with were organized, friendly and very efficient. The stacks of paper we all have to sign were ready. There were no mistakes to correct or "oops, I forgot that moments." I would recommend that anybody looking for a new Honda give AutoNation Honda of Lithia Springs a serious look. RPHERSON

    The entire staff at Autonation Honda Thornton Road, the sales associate, the general sales manager and the finance agent were all courteous and professional through the entire negotiation and purchase process. My sales associate, Mr. David S., was very attentive to my desires and my concerns in selecting the vehicle of my choice and thru the negotiation process. They all seemed to have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction with my new purchase. I actually enjoyed the experience vs some previous car purchasing experiences.
