    I worked with Robert to get my Subaru. He is one of the most honest and sincere sales person I have ever worked. I went to a different dealership in search for a better deal, but I came back to Subaru of Gwinnett. It was simply because of the way I was treated and how easy it was to walk out of the dealership in less than 3 hours!! Thanks Robert and the Subaru of Gwinnett Team!

    The one thing I can count on is that I will receive GREAT service at Subaru of Gwinnett. I move to GA from another state a several years ago. I looked for a Subaru dealership to take my 98 Outback in for service. I found Subaru of Gwinnett. The service was excellent then and it's still excellent. And now I take my 2012 Outback there for service. The staff treats you like family.

    I had several things fixed on my car, and the only complaint is that I asked for one headlight to be fixed and it was replaced with a factory bulb, so now the two headlights do not match. However, I received the original bulb so I can look into getting the same one, and the other issues found with my car were fully resolved. Issa was great at keeping me updated on my car and letting me know about the issues that were found. I decided to stay at the dealership while my car was fixed, and Issa kindly checked in on me to make sure I didn't need anything. I was very happy with the service I received!

    Great went in as I needed new tires and had my old quote, it was still good and I was not charged for the alignment. In and out in about 2 hours. Great job.

    At my last service, they recommended that I think about new tires soon. They claimed to be competitive with local tire stores and they gave me printed quotes for 5 different tires. I checked around and the prices were competitive, so at my next service (oil change) I had them install new tires. They weren't cheap, but were competitive. The waiting area is nice and comfortable (and dog friendly). The only negative? The complimentary coffee (which is maintained by a third party vendor) has coffee cups with a cap that instead of a hole to sip the coffee from, has a slit that you have to suck the coffee out of. What a terrible design, it sucked, literally! Well, I guess if that is the worst thing, its not too bad!

    Recently purchased a 2008 Subaru Outback Ltd down in Florida where I live, for my daughter living in Duluth GA. Used car did not have master key fob so I stopped by Subaru of Gwinnett to purchase a key and get it programmed to the car. Summer in Parts dept was very helpful and my service advisor Issa was willing to squeeze me in even without an appointment. He input my information as this was my first time here. He notified me my Subaru had 3 open recalls and gave me the option of leaving the car with him so the recalls can also be addressed. Issa even offered a loaner car but I had a ride back to my daughter's apartment. The car was ready by the next day. Outstanding. What a pleasure it was to deal with the employees at this dealership, from the reception desk, the parts dept., my advisor, to the assistants at the service drive. Everyone seemed accommodating and friendly. You have a new fan in this customer. When time to purchase a new Subaru, I'll make the trip to visit you again.

    Everything went like clockwork from the minute I arrived at the dealership. The service technicians worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem and after an after informing me of their recommendations and discussing options, everything was fixed and my car was ready to roll.

    Firstly, I commend Select SI for the quality cars offered and exceptional assistance from both Tyson and Thom. From the initial contact with them their professionalism was very pleasing and helpful. I absolutely LOVE my new VW CC but there were issues at the onset of taking ownership and there are still some issues that concern me. The initial issue of two headlight ballasts going out was taken care of in the most professional way and that was very impressive. However there is still an issue within one of the headlights that was caused by the entire cover of the headlight assembly missing which allowed the assembly to fill with water. This not only destroyed the ballast but also has destroyed the Adaptive Front Light System. This repair is still pending approval. If there was a proper inspection prior to the sale this missing cover should have been noticed and replaced. There are also blatant errors on the instrument panel when the headlights are turned on. Since I test drove this car in the daylight those errors never appeared. And since this car was driven the day before my purchase to be displayed at the Mall of Georgia and driven back in the early morning hours I'm pretty sure these errors had to be seen. That's an assumption but I would imagine that turning the headlights on was a standard inspection procedure. So I can only hope that this repair will be handled professionally as the other issue. If not then it will be disappointing as I would love to have a trusting, ongoing relationship with Select SI. It would also affect future visits for repairs and regular service as I cannot bring a car to a shop that I don't feel comfortable with. Tagging along with these issues was a discovery at Nalley VW [where I was having the headlights checked out yesterday] was the fact that there is a half-size [improper] battery in the trunk with a broken battery support bracket. Now this would have had to be seen by an inspector! Also that there a two additional HID turning assistance lights completely missing from the headlight assemblies. This makes me question what I firmly believed [and heard] was an upstanding dealership. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this message was that I truly appreciate what Select SI did for me and I have a fantastic car that I am proud to own, but it's the small things that can make or break a relationship. I consider these issues small in the overall experience. But how they are handled is how I will further rate and review Select SI. I LOVE dealing with companies that not only provide quality service and also ones that handle issues in the most professional way. Those are the ones that a far and few and are the ones that will stand out from the mundane. Those businesses are the ones that people will praise. I feel really good about my experience with Select but until these small concerns are fully addressed to this very happy customer's expectations I will remain skeptical. Thanks again and I really hope that I can have a trusting relationship Select SI. Cheers, Steve

    Our 2014 Outback was totaled while sitting at a red light. A black Charger slammed into the passenger side of our Outback and pushed us into a large van. I feel the way the Subaru is made kept us from getting hurt. At the dealership our sales lady, Elizabeth Puckett took very good care of us, and we were able to get back into another Outback.

    1. I appreciate the car wash and they do a good job except for one important step -- they never dry the windows and mirrors -- that makes me crazy! 2. Add "N/A" to your survey. They didn't promise me a timeframe and didn't give me a quote. But, they always do the oil change and tire rotation within 45 Min and don't charge me since it's part of my purchase contract.     I went in to the dealership because the tire pressure warning light had come on. Turned out this was not going to be a quick in and out trip because I had 3 nails in one of my tires and one of them had created a tear. As my car was almost at the point of needing new tires, I decided to go ahead and replace them then and there but I wanted the best price-no problem the Subaru team offered me the use of their computer to shop and met the best price.
