  • Slimey Car Salesmen

    In my few years on this earth, I have dealt with many car salesmen of many different brands and stores. All of them had an underlying feeling of slimy business and chincy deals on crap cars, even if it was a nee vehicle being discussed. You go into a car lot, fine a nice ride, and a middle-aged balding man with a comb-over mosies his way over to you in his Goodwill blazer. He says he's all about you, the "valued customer." In reality, it's all about trying to get you to sign your life away for a car that you end up hating. However, at Subaru of Gwinett, the typical plot had changed. I was greated by an actualy human being and offered water and a snack immediately and felt like I was actually valued at this store. My salesman, Matthew, was a terrific guy and did everything in his power to meet my stringent demands; which he really did meet. He and Charles, a financing employee, made it seem like I could go to them for anything involving cars, and I believe we may even be friends now. This store had revolutionized how I view car dealerships.

    I found myself at Subaru of Gwinnett after going to a different Subaru dealer I had done business with before and finding out they were no longer as good as I they had been. Subaru of Gwinnett was great! They are very customer centric and made sure that I was getting what I wanted in my purchase, as well as making sure that they were able to get me in to the new car with the deal I wanted. I would happily return here for my next purchase.

    I look forward to my service visits at Subaru if Gwinnett. Everyone is so very pleasant and professional. They make you feel at home while they take your vehicle to be serviced. They give you a complete write up on what they worked on and price. There are no questions left unanswered. I will never go anywhere else. I would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to everyone.

    The Crosstrek was treated like a top of the line vehicle. People were more than helpful in offering suggestions and treating the car like one of their own.

    I came in for my 30,000 mile service. I knew it was one of the more expensive services and takes a better part of the day. I was going to Uber to work after dropping off my car but was offered a free Loaner car (how cool is that)! I was updated throughout the day by Issa, and he did some additional background research on some options I was interested in. The service was completed well in time, my car was washed and presented nicely to me and the service came in well under expected in price. Just another great day of Service from Subaru! Thanks everyone!

    Cannot say enough good things about Subaru of Gwinnett! The service team is awesome and we have a level of comfort and trust that keeps us coming back. In fact, we love the product, service and people so much we are looking forward to purchasing a new Subaru here very soon. Until then, I know my 2004 Forrester is in good hands.

    Elizabeth Puckett was a 10+. I live in SC but had been in Texas for several months caring for a sick family member. While in Texas, my son purchased a Subaru Forester and after driving it, I was hooked and had to have one. The local Houston dealer had exactly what I wanted but I already have purchased a plane ticket to ATL. I reached out on-line to the Gwinnett Subaru dealership to inquire about their inventory to find the same vehicle I feel in love with in Houston. I was on a very specific timeline traveling back and needed to have the car waiting for me when I arrived to drive back to SC (my care had recently been sold while I was gone so I was totally without a vehicle) Elizabeth responded immediately and located a vehicle that was in production and scheduled to arrive a bit after when I needed it. Not only did she find me my dream forester, she also was able to match the price quoted by the Houston dealership. We scheduled a day/time to meet and seal the deal. An unexpected turn of events happened so I reached out to Elizabeth and needed the car 4 days sooner. Not only did she had everything ready, she came in on her day off to meet me, give me the royal Subaru treatment and close the deal all in 1 day's notice. Now that, is what I call a 10+ customer experience. Thank you Elizabeth you are truly the best of the best! I also have to mention the finance manager, sorry, can't remember his name. He was quick, precise and matched the rate I was quoted in Houston - can't say enough great things about this Subaru dealership - teamwork makes the dream work!

    From the time I called to get a quote through picking up my car, everything exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Alyssa, was very professional and detail oriented. I needed a 60,000 mile maintenance, and she explained what would be done. I had a few modifications to the service, and Alyssa made sure that my instructions were followed. I was provided with a loaner car, and that was handled very smoothly. I was able to communicate via text message, which was very convenient. I will definitely have my future maintenance performed here.

    Salesperson Sebastian was excellent in answering all my questions and leading me to the perfect car for all my needs. General Manager Jennifer Kessler was expedient in handling my transaction thru to the end meaning no time was wasted in getting me back to my busy lifestyle. Thanks.

    An overall pleasant and professional experience. We knew what we wanted and Michael made it happen in a timely fashion. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. Really appreciate the attention to detail at the dealership. Everything is exceptionally neat and clean and a nice little coffee station with a good selection of coffees and teas. Will continue to use Subaru of Gwinnett.

    My sales person, Sebastian, kept me informed every step of the way. I ordered my car online and had it built. She let me know each stage of the build. When I picked up my new car, she took me through a checklist to make sure all features were covered and constantly kept the sales process moving along so I would not have to spend extra time waiting. It was a really good experience.

    Seriously, you'd expect this level of service at a high-end German dealership (which I rarely have even experienced at BMW or MB). If take your Subaru to Subaru of Gwinnett, you will not be disappointed!!

    I had a headlight burn out and came in without an appointment. The service staff made me feel welcome and they addressed my concern much sooner than I reasonably expected. Great service!
