Recently purchased a 2008 Subaru Outback Ltd down in Florida where I live, for my daughter living in Duluth GA. Used car did not have master key fob so I stopped by Subaru of Gwinnett to purchase a key and get it programmed to the car. Summer in Parts dept was very helpful and my service advisor Issa was willing to squeeze me in even without an appointment. He input my information as this was my first time here. He notified me my Subaru had 3 open recalls and gave me the option of leaving the car with him so the recalls can also be addressed. Issa even offered a loaner car but I had a ride back to my daughter's apartment. The car was ready by the next day. Outstanding. What a pleasure it was to deal with the employees at this dealership, from the reception desk, the parts dept., my advisor, to the assistants at the service drive. Everyone seemed accommodating and friendly. You have a new fan in this customer. When time to purchase a new Subaru, I'll make the trip to visit you again.
