    I saw the Crosstrek I wanted on the website. Contacted the dealership. Blake updated me through text that the vehicle was available and ready for me to check out. Tim in finance was great. He provided several options. Great experience; no pressure, beautiful dealership and I love my Subie Doo!

    I had a great experience there. The facilities were really nice (and new). All the people we worked with were wonderful. My only negative comment might not be relevant. Price. I really feel ripped off being forced to buy and having to pay so much more just because of availability.

    I told him my budged and what I wanted in my new Car he pointed to a pearl white Impreza. It was a loaner with 3000 + miles... also had some extras like a sunroof, fog lights, sight, seat warmer and a rack which I really liked and the price was right. Thank you!

    Liam was my salesperson, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, thorough, and not pushy. He kept in touch regularly to follow up in case I had further questions after I had test-driven several vehicles. He made any changes I requested when I was getting down to the final decision on a vehicle.

    Sales and service people were very helpful and patient. Went in to look at new Forester Limited...left with fabulous 2017 certified Forester Limited with very low mileage...exactly what I wanted...white/gray interior...lots of big windows and safety features. Our 2nd Subaru. Thank you!!

    It was a very pleasant experience buying from Subaru of Gwinnett. I purchased a new Outback for a much better price including better prices on the extended warrant and service contracts than I could get from any other dealer in the local and surrounding areas. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly.

    The experience deciding on a model and making the purchase was excellent. Adam spent time with us to differentiate between the Forrester and Outback, taking us for a test drive and pointing out the features of each model. We never felt pressure or that we were wasting his time.

    My experience was very positive. But I had done my homework/research before coming to Gwinnett Subaru including doing a test drive at another dealership. So mine was a brief experience there. I went to Gwinnett in the first place because of a recommendation from someone who had made a recent purchase there.

    I worked with Robert to get my Subaru. He is one of the most honest and sincere sales person I have ever worked. I went to a different dealership in search for a better deal, but I came back to Subaru of Gwinnett. It was simply because of the way I was treated and how easy it was to walk out of the dealership in less than 3 hours!! Thanks Robert and the Subaru of Gwinnett Team!

    Firstly, I commend Select SI for the quality cars offered and exceptional assistance from both Tyson and Thom. From the initial contact with them their professionalism was very pleasing and helpful. I absolutely LOVE my new VW CC but there were issues at the onset of taking ownership and there are still some issues that concern me. The initial issue of two headlight ballasts going out was taken care of in the most professional way and that was very impressive. However there is still an issue within one of the headlights that was caused by the entire cover of the headlight assembly missing which allowed the assembly to fill with water. This not only destroyed the ballast but also has destroyed the Adaptive Front Light System. This repair is still pending approval. If there was a proper inspection prior to the sale this missing cover should have been noticed and replaced. There are also blatant errors on the instrument panel when the headlights are turned on. Since I test drove this car in the daylight those errors never appeared. And since this car was driven the day before my purchase to be displayed at the Mall of Georgia and driven back in the early morning hours I'm pretty sure these errors had to be seen. That's an assumption but I would imagine that turning the headlights on was a standard inspection procedure. So I can only hope that this repair will be handled professionally as the other issue. If not then it will be disappointing as I would love to have a trusting, ongoing relationship with Select SI. It would also affect future visits for repairs and regular service as I cannot bring a car to a shop that I don't feel comfortable with. Tagging along with these issues was a discovery at Nalley VW [where I was having the headlights checked out yesterday] was the fact that there is a half-size [improper] battery in the trunk with a broken battery support bracket. Now this would have had to be seen by an inspector! Also that there a two additional HID turning assistance lights completely missing from the headlight assemblies. This makes me question what I firmly believed [and heard] was an upstanding dealership. Like I mentioned at the beginning of this message was that I truly appreciate what Select SI did for me and I have a fantastic car that I am proud to own, but it's the small things that can make or break a relationship. I consider these issues small in the overall experience. But how they are handled is how I will further rate and review Select SI. I LOVE dealing with companies that not only provide quality service and also ones that handle issues in the most professional way. Those are the ones that a far and few and are the ones that will stand out from the mundane. Those businesses are the ones that people will praise. I feel really good about my experience with Select but until these small concerns are fully addressed to this very happy customer's expectations I will remain skeptical. Thanks again and I really hope that I can have a trusting relationship Select SI. Cheers, Steve

    Our 2014 Outback was totaled while sitting at a red light. A black Charger slammed into the passenger side of our Outback and pushed us into a large van. I feel the way the Subaru is made kept us from getting hurt. At the dealership our sales lady, Elizabeth Puckett took very good care of us, and we were able to get back into another Outback.

    Matthew was well-informed, pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, interested and yet not over-bearing nor incessant. We were fortunate to have him as our salesperson for our first Subaru purchase. We highly recommend Matthew and Subaru of Gwinnett - they do not disappoint.

    In my few years on this earth, I have dealt with many car salesmen of many different brands and stores. All of them had an underlying feeling of slimy business and chincy deals on crap cars, even if it was a nee vehicle being discussed. You go into a car lot, fine a nice ride, and a middle-aged balding man with a comb-over mosies his way over to you in his Goodwill blazer. He says he's all about you, the "valued customer." In reality, it's all about trying to get you to sign your life away for a car that you end up hating. However, at Subaru of Gwinett, the typical plot had changed. I was greated by an actualy human being and offered water and a snack immediately and felt like I was actually valued at this store. My salesman, Matthew, was a terrific guy and did everything in his power to meet my stringent demands; which he really did meet. He and Charles, a financing employee, made it seem like I could go to them for anything involving cars, and I believe we may even be friends now. This store had revolutionized how I view car dealerships.
