Dealership Sales Review
In my few years on this earth, I have dealt with many car salesmen of many different brands and stores. All of them had an underlying feeling of slimy business and chincy deals on crap cars, even if it was a nee vehicle being discussed. You go into a car lot, fine a nice ride, and a middle-aged balding man with a comb-over mosies his way over to you in his Goodwill blazer. He says he's all about you, the "valued customer." In reality, it's all about trying to get you to sign your life away for a car that you end up hating. However, at Subaru of Gwinett, the typical plot had changed. I was greated by an actualy human being and offered water and a snack immediately and felt like I was actually valued at this store. My salesman, Matthew, was a terrific guy and did everything in his power to meet my stringent demands; which he really did meet. He and Charles, a financing employee, made it seem like I could go to them for anything involving cars, and I believe we may even be friends now. This store had revolutionized how I view car dealerships.
