They began servicing my vehicle earlier than my appointment time and I didn’t waste a day waiting for it to be complete. Price was what you would… expect to pay at a dealership. Engine Rebuild

I am confident that the mechanics were well trained and the job is… done correctly. Last minute 120,000 service

They were able to service the vehicle and fix weather striping for us using a part that they had IN STOCK! At a time where… you have to wait months for a part, I was glad I could get this taken care of in one visit. Excellent communication and nice waiting area! My only regret is we won't be back to service the car there because we live 3 hours away!!Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. Honest and fair dealership!
by Pam and Vinnie on 11/10/2022At a time where new cars are hard to come by and those who do have new cars are treating the cars like the hottest ticket in town, dealerships are creating bidding wars and jacking prices up with packages, just because they can. I had to… drive three hours, to another state, to obtain a fair and honest deal. The bulk of the reservation and deposit on the car was done over the phone and I was still nervous about my reservation after dealing with all the other dealerships but once I got there, everything was ready for me! We met with sales person and finance person and we were done within just a few hours. The atmosphere at the dealership was one where I felt they appreciated our business, even though anyone would have snatched the car up if I hadn't. It was a breath of fresh air after all the sleazy dealerships I had been in contact with!Hi, we set high expectations for ourselves so it’s gratifying to hear you had a great experience with us. No Service

I take my car in on October 18 to find out what is all this. I am told I am missing three lug nuts and It is my… responsibility to pay for them. This car came with a two year warranty. The dedication he takes to ensure your car is running in the most safe and efficient manner is beyond expectations. He is very detailed with explaining parts, work requirements and each deficiency in a way that puts the customer at complete ease when dealing with the service department. I expected to be there about 6 hours, but out in less that 3. Additionally, Trevor honors the men and women the military service which makes them a very competitively priced option. Unexpected Service on Weekend? No problem!

Worst Service Of All Time
by Ms Wright on 10/29/2021On 08/25/21 my car was struck by lighting for 60 days my car was in their possession. The car had been defaced and I have yet to get a clear answer how that happen or when it will be repaired. I was told every week they were close to… completing the repair and they ran into another issue. During this process I lost my job because the repair time exceeded my rental coverage. I ask for loaner vehicle told no. So on 10/25/21 I went to retrieve the vehicle I was told it was repaired. However the windows didn’t work, nor did the odometer and again it was defaced. I talked to the manager and that didn’t seem to help. Now they want the car back to fix the repairs, which is leaving me carless once again. If I could give this place zero stars I would stay clear of this business. Not to mention they encouraged my insurance to continue to pay for repairs that exceeded $10,000 on a $19,000 car rather than total the car out . Smh this has been horrific. An my first adjuster believed they exaggerated the prices on repairs.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
