    Service department responded quickly with an appointment. They checked me in quickly and took care of both B1 servicing and recall servicing. I might have been there for 2 hours - not too long. Only suggestion for HONDA is that they expand the treatment of all the electronic programs to make them more accessible.

    I've been going to auto nation Columbus for over 2 years now and they always provide me with outstanding service and a friendly atmosphere. They are very detail oriented when it comes to things on my 2017 honda accord. I highly recommend them and their sales associate are the best. I love me some Jamie

    Service Manager almost did not want to honor the Auto Nation Honda Service Discount Coupons that were e-mailed to me. Also, he offered me only 5% Military Discount on my next service visit when I always get 10% in the past. I had to talk to the General Manager to fix the issues.

    We purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot from them over the weekend. Christian Johnson was my salesman and he was outstanding!! He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased, set everything up before we left and followed up afterwards. I would recommend AutoNation Honda for any new or used car needs and definitely ask For Christian! The finance process with Mike was as quick as possible and pretty painless as well. Overall great experience.

  • Refusing to fix

    Worst interaction in 20 years of buying cars. Sales manager and GM refuse to fix blow shocks and was told if it’s not a safety concern we won’t replace and should have bought the extended warranty. The day after buying my Yukon check engine lights comes on, brakes needed fixed and shocks were blown. Two weeks after buying the vehicle the motor blows. After 3 weeks of waiting to have the motor replaced and 3 more trips to the dealership and still isn’t running correct. Every issue with my Yukon should have been found during a basic inspection prior to being put on the lot for sale

    I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot. Alan was our salesmans. I appreciate his straight forward attitude and helpfulness!
