Easy check in. Waiting area is large and well equipped with seating and free water/coffee. They began servicing my vehicle earlier than my appointment time and I didn’t waste a day waiting for it to be complete. Price was what you would expect to pay at a dealership. Not cheap, but not overpriced. Staff was very friendly and helpful
