Great Sales Service!

I had the best experience at Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford thanks to my salesman, Dario Carter. From the start, Dario was fantastic at walking me through the details of the Suburban I was interested in. He was extremely communicative, answered all of my questions, and followed up on everything I needed without me ever having to ask twice. The entire buying process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Dario made sure everything was handled flawlessly from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Suburban. Thank you, Dario, for making this such a great experience! Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

    The entire staff at Rick Hendrick went above and beyond to make the experience a memorable experience. I have already been referring friends and acquaintances to Rick Hendrick since my purchase and will continue to do so. As far as standouts in the process, Michael David and Hector both were very helpful with the entire process and Michael actually helped my wife keep our two children entertained while I was completing the paperwork. This shows that Michael is truly an asset to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and in my opinion is a STAR employee.

    Our sales person Leah, met with us on the lot as we arrived. We had been to several other dealerships that day and she was a welcomed change to the customer service that we had received at other dealerships. Leah discuss with us what we were looking for and right away showed us the vehicle we were looking for with all the bells and whistles we wanted. Leah was so pleasant and made us feel so comfortable. She and Casey were very knowledgeable. They worked together as a team to move things along in our favor. Your service dept was quick to buff out a place on the Equinox the following day with Leah’s assistance. You have a good group there, hold on to them. From our experience they make Hendrix a one of a kind dealership.

  • Will never recommend

    During negotiations, I wanted LoJack to be removed from price and vehicle. I was told it was done. While being rushed by Claudio to sign papers, I was told I needed to sign for after market installed equipment. I told him it was to be taken off and he stated it’s standard to sign if even if you aren’t getting it. Later that evening, I got a text to download the LoJack app. I called the sales rep and the sales manager called me back. He stated that I had agreed to it. Informed him that it was agreed to be removed during negotiations from pricing and vehicle. He told me he would have to review and will call me back the next day. It has been over a week and nothing has been done from anyone regarding this issue. Deceiving practices.

    In my 46 years of being a vehicle owner and operator, this was the absolute worse experience I have encountered! The "1 -Star" is only because the drop-off experience was good. It was all downhill after that. The original work that was to be completed (a GM recall, and an issue with Stabilitrac) was not completed! I also asked for my transmission to be checked due to shifting issues. This did require work that was performed, and we will see if it is actually fixed over the next couple weeks of driving. It is better than it was. However, it is "hard-shifting" on deceleration now. So, this jury is still out. The car was to be completed in a few days. However, due to a part order it was extended to a week. However, there continued to be excuses as to why it was not done, and at the end of the day, this dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and still did not complete all the work. In addition, the service managers were quite unresponsive, and some were even rude. I attempted to reach a general manager or department manager and was denied. I even had to spend over $350 additional to rent a vehicle because this work was not completed as promised. This is only a brief summary of the things that occurred during this time frame. There were a lot of "reasons" why delays occurred. Some of which were acceptable. However, it is completely unacceptable to be told one thing and then to not receive that communication or to meet the deadlines that were promised. Nor is it acceptable to be treated so poorly. Again, the original work WAS NOT COMPLETED! I have saved a copy of these comments and am submitting them directly to GM, as I do not trust the owners of this survey to do so.

    Had a wonderful experience! Ricardo Espinosa was my sales rep and I tell you what, he was probably the most honest and informative car salesman I've worked with. I would highly recommend asking for him when you call the dealership cause he will take phenomenal care of you! The dealership is clean and organized with an inviting staff. And finance worked hard to bring us to a point that made sense for both of us.

    Rick Hendricks Buford Georgia is very deceiving There finance manager harassed and humiliated a 52 year old African American woman There finance employee Casey Pnopes did a yo yo agreement on me He sold me a vehicle had me put insurance on vehicle gave me tag and registration and told me terms of my agreement and then in 30 to 45 days he tricked me into driving 45 minutes to an hour away to his location to sign new paperwork with a higher percentage and monthly rate then when I refused he put me out of vehicle at night in blistering cold weather had me take all my belongings out vehicle and had a big male employee mean mug me and park 2 big F250s behind my vehicle that was parked directly in front of building I am suffering from anxiety can’t sleep and have missed many days of work and is sick to my stomach because of this Someone need to notify the owner of this incident not the general manager because he was rude as well this dealership has caused detrimental harm to me and I am disappointed and disgusted

    As we were traveling we had water pump issues. Rick Hendricks Chevrolet repaired our vehicle. After some discussion with Rick Hendricks (Nancy Smith) and my insurance (Ally) we were able to get repairs done at no cost to us. I would highly recommend Rick Hendricks (Nancy Smith) as Service Advisor). Thank you so much Nancy for your help.

    I have Ally insurance, which pays 100%. We paid out of pocket to get repaired on Saturday. Ally says they will only pay to Manufactured suggested retail price. So I am now out approximately $100 due to your overcharging. I am not satisfied with your methods.

    I called ahead to advise them that I was running late for my scheduled maintenance. The person on the other line said, go ahead and come in anyway; we will work on your truck in between other appointments. I was greeted at the door with no attitude for being late. I was advised that there was a recall and given the option if I wanted the work done today. I told the service agent that I would have to come back for the recall work. I can say with an appointment or not; the maintenance department usually takes over an hour to perform an oil change, rotation of tires. Today I am glad to say the work was done in under an hour, which means that they are moving in the right direction to value their customer's time. Thank you!

    I have purchased 3 vehicles in less then 2years from these guys always been a great experience. My salesman this time was the great Kingston hall. Awesome dude by way. Made me feel right at home in ever way he could. Would definitely recommend anyone to go see him. I dont like salesmen they fast talkers. Kingston didn't try selling first he connected first witch made it easier to listen when it come time to talk sales. Highly recommended them and my dude Kingston.

  • BUYER BEWARE

    “BUYER BEWARE” They do the bait and switch. They advertise a price for a vehicle all over the internet then when you get there they tell you the price is only if you qualify for certain rebates. No where on cars.com or Autotrader does it yes anything about this. It just states what the price is. They tried this to me over the summer. I went to walkout and then they honored the pricing. Now we are looking for a new vehicle for my wife and they tried the same BS. I’m done trying to deal locally. Going back to when I purchased here over the summer. That was a NIGHTMARE!!! The paper work was messed up not once, not twice, but three times. They didn’t even clean the windows and take the glue off where the window sticker was. The salesman was to meet me at a certain place. We gave him the address. Instead of going to the address we gave him he went to my wife’s work, which could have caused issues. Then was extremely late to begin with. Just a terrible place to do business.
