I called ahead to advise them that I was running late for my scheduled maintenance. The person on the other line said, go ahead and come in anyway; we will work on your truck in between other appointments. I was greeted at the door with no attitude for being late. I was advised that there was a recall and given the option if I wanted the work done today. I told the service agent that I would have to come back for the recall work. I can say with an appointment or not; the maintenance department usually takes over an hour to perform an oil change, rotation of tires. Today I am glad to say the work was done in under an hour, which means that they are moving in the right direction to value their customer's time. Thank you!
