Whenever we need updates he got back to us quickly and was very easy to worth with. Different deals were offered to us but nothing was… pushed aggressively or rudely. He was able to locate the exact truck that I wanted (2500hd trailboss, cypress gray) and had it… delivered from another Hendrick location that was in Alabama. Hector, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. They both made sure that I was 100% satisfied and made me feel like I was in good hands. To my dismay it was a lot worse than I imagined...Mr. Paul was very helpful in contacting my warranty package team ...to get some fire 🔥 under them to approved the repairs.
