Dropped off my granddaughter's graduation gift , a 2012 Chevy Cruze to be checked out....because because I heard a suspicious sound coming from under the hood...to my relief , service manager Mr Paul immediately went to work to helping me resolved the clicking noise, by having one of his top mechanics to analyze the problem. To my dismay it was a lot worse than I imagined...Mr. Paul was very helpful in contacting my warranty package team ...to get some fire 🔥 under them to approved the repairs.
