I had an excellent experience. I walked the lot to look at purchasing a new truck and Jesse approached me to see what I was interested in. He was able to locate the exact truck that I wanted (2500hd trailboss, cypress gray) and had it delivered from another Hendrick location that was in Alabama. Hector, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well. They both made sure that I was 100% satisfied and made me feel like I was in good hands.
