For him to go above and beyond to do what he does, that's some crazy good customer service on his part.… You guys really should go to David if you need any service done! Trade In
by Brody999 on 11/23/2023Bought a used vehicle from here and traded in another vehicle in the process. Salesman was great and the experience was alright overall but the finance manager said my trade in vehicle would be paid off in 9 days. This was not true. Over 3… weeks later my bank sent me multiple letters threatening to charge me with a late fees because I had not paid my car payment. I had to contact autonation to get things "fixed"... still waiting to hear back as they promised to keeep me updated (4 days ago). My bank has received no info on payment as of this post and I will currently be charged late fees.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. I can always rely on her to thoroughly and clearly explain everything going on with my car, what service steps are next, which are most important to… complete now, which can wait and she always applies the best price possible. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. Thank you Shannon for having my best interests in mind and for always conducting yourself with professionalism and excellence! My service advisor, Shannon, is the absolute best. I don't ever feel like I'm being mislead in any way about the service I need for my vehicle. I've had my current Camry for almost 12 years now and it still runs great. It is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I have taken all of them to this dealership for all service, since long before they became Autonation. I will continue going here because I continue to be treated right. by BEN CORBIN on 11/02/2023This was the first time we ever walked out of a car dealership without a migraine. All thanks to Maxwell Bell from AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia. Don't waste your time shopping for a new Toyota at Kennesaw, Marietta, or Stone Mountain… where the salesmen circle you like vultures, and where "I'm just looking" means "Let me harass you and your family to buy a vehicle right now" and also "No thank you" means "Let me talk to my manager real quick". Head straight over to Buford and ask for my man Max. He is honest, down to earth, and has your family's best interest in mind. We told him what we were interested in, so he showed us all of their options and was able to explain the differences in each model as well as demonstrate to us each of the option's capabilities. We found the perfect match. While I was in the office filing the paperwork with the financial team, Max checked on the rest of my family and gave them constant updates on how far along we were in the process, and we drove away in a new 2024 Tundra about an hour later. Staffs are not friendly and long waiting time

Had to wait 2 1/2 hours in a not-so-busy Tuesday afternoon to get only one-axle brake service completed.
