Staffs are not friendly and long waiting time

onHad scheduled appointment in advance for brake service. Was pushed from one service representatives to another. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours in a not-so-busy Tuesday afternoon to get only one-axle brake service completed. Not recommend their service.
