onBought a used vehicle from here and traded in another vehicle in the process. Salesman was great and the experience was alright overall but the finance manager said my trade in vehicle would be paid off in 9 days. This was not true. Over 3 weeks later my bank sent me multiple letters threatening to charge me with a late fees because I had not paid my car payment. I had to contact autonation to get things "fixed"... still waiting to hear back as they promised to keeep me updated (4 days ago). My bank has received no info on payment as of this post and I will currently be charged late fees.
