  • Cross your path with a Corolla Cross!

    I've had my Toyota Corolla Cross for almost 2 weeks now. I love the car! I bought a 2023 with 30,000 miles. Elijah Salemi showed me and my husband the car on a Sunday. I was impressed with his salesmanship. He was not high pressure at all. Elijah makes you feel that when you are talking to him, there is no other issues on his plate. He answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed. We came back the following Saturday and took a road test. Both my husband and I drove the car. The car drives smooth. When we returned to the showroom we sat down and negotiated the trade in on my Honda CRV. We put down some extra money to keep our payments down. I appreciate Elijah for taking the time to sit in the care and tell us about the bells and whistles on the car. He even tried to get me some floormats, because there were none in the car. I had to buy those extra but well worth it. We even considered buying 2 cars, one for me and one for my husband, but his will have to wait for now. Thank you, Elijah!

    No other way to put it;  Paul Kim in service was a Rockstar!!  He works closely with you as a customer to only recommend the services you really need AND at the appropriate mileage/ timing, never pushing unnecessary services like dealerships.  Providing timely communication throughout the process, he demonstrates he truly cares about you as a customer.  Great waiting environment and transportation options as well. Highly Recommend this service department and our "guy", Paul!!!

    I was greeted wonderfully. But when my car was finished, I didn't know it was finished. I usually keep my phone on mute when I'm in public places so as not to interrupt people in the waiting area. After over an hour of being there, I looked at my phone and I had a text from my service guy, Al, sing that o could get my car at my convenience. I ended why he didn't just come in to the waiting room and tell me. And then when I went to the service desk to retrieve my keys, he wasn't there. So, I say down. After a bit, the man who was another station asked me why I was there. Ugh. When I told him, he said al want there at the moment and he took care of me. It was just odd. Aaaand... they didn't wash my car. Lol. Smh

    While visiting Georgia from Virginia, I needed service. I returned to AutoNation Toyota in Buford, Georgia. My previous service advisor, Alen, was available to take care of me. Turns out I needed tires as well and they were actually in stock so I could return to Virginia with no issues.

  • Horrible buying experience

    I am very frustrated with my new car buying experience. I bought a new car so I wouldn't have to worry about making any repairs. I want to share my experience with the hopes of helping someone who doesn't have to go through what I went through. You don't expect a brand new car to have anything wrong with it but in my case things went from bad to worst. The rear tint and driver rear side had some bubbles that I wanted fix. Brought it in to the dealership and trusted them with my vehicle and I trusted the issue with the tint would be fix. After receiving my vehicle, the next morning I noticed that there was a lot of water in the trunk and everything was soaking wet (see video). They explained to me that it was their mistake and that the service technician applied way too much water. The solution was to dry it and make sure to fix the tint again because it still didn't come out right. New Car Manager Bill Beckstrand said I was overreacting to the situation when I found water in the car. It was a mistake and that it would be fix. He downplayed the issue and gaslight my concerns. 6 days later I went back to receive my car and I couldn't inspect it but again I trusted the issue was going to be fixed and no more issues would arise.That turned out to be an error because the next day I noticed cracks on the rear windshield. Googled what kind of cracks they were and found that it could be stress cracks. It's the most reasonable explanation to the cracks in the rear windshield the temperature fluctuation caused the glass to weaken and crack. I invested a lot of money on a new vehicle but im still having to get things fixed.

    This car showroom is one of the best, must say one in elite. Because, they have of all kinds of sales associates staff who can speak multiple languages and helping the customers in their own languages. The sales person I met was Victor, he welcome us and he tried his best to show all of the options available from used cars to new hybrid cars and finance to lease. Explained very cleverly and helped us choose brand new corolla hybrid. His way of convincing us to buy a brand new car instead going for used cars. He and his colleagues offered us zero payment options with low interest on financing with toyota finance services. They stayed late almost 11 pm they closed all my paper work and they are very clever and understand our concerns personally. I respected their work and appreciate all the staff interacted with me. As of car experience, I am feeling good at the moment. Features are good and car performance is good enough. I will post another couple of reviews after every 1000 miles I drive, that would be really helpful to all the future consumers and toyota lovers.
