onActual service provided was great as usual, however, probably due to the July 4 holiday it took longer than expected to get a diagnosis on my car which I had to have towed to the dealership. Towed in on Wednesday and not looked at or repaired until Saturday. July 4 th was previous Friday. Assume probably due to allowing too many techs to take vacation during this period.
