Great sales person

The only reason I bring my car here is because it's so close to home but this… time will be my last. I've had great experiences working with Albert. He is respectful and courteous. Terrible horrible service
by Dave G. on 04/28/2023After engine failure due to a engine recall on my Hyundai, I had my car towed to Auto Nation. After waiting 8 days my car still had not been looked at. They did not even acknowledge the car had arrived. 3 calls everyday unanswered, 3 emails… to the service manager everyday no reply. Had my car towed to another dealer. Traded it in that day for a new care. Auto Nation is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Hi Dave, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Apart from Initial Visit, Service was Great

I was greeted by a service advisor who was completely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. However, once I made it clear that I would not work with that… person, my experience greatly improved. It took about 2 months for my car to repaired due to my engine being on back order, but communication was excellent throughout the process.
