    Jodi Grutadaurio was an awesome salesperson. We test drove cars on our side of town and nobody responded back so I started emailing other dealers. She was the only one that got back to me and totally worked with us - All on phone, email and text. The first time I met Jodi was when we went to pick up the car.     Tommy was my service rep. He kept me updated through out the time my car was being repaired. He was professional, polite, and attentive. My car is still under warranty so I was not charged for the repair.

    Hasaan, the service tech at Hyundai Mall of Georgia in Buford, Ga is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He made my nervous issues about my car not working right a smooth transition. He is patient, nice and kept me informed about updated progress on getting my car working again. I live in Stone Mountain and will travel every time to this dealership only. It is the best dealership hands downs because they truly cares

    When I first started to bring my car here, the customer service was EXCELLENT. Now, nobody even greets you when you pull up. When you walk in, nobody greets you. The only reason I bring my car here is because it's so close to home but this time will be my last. I've had great experiences working with Albert. He is respectful and courteous. He gives great advice and I have found him to be trustworthy. The quality of work has been good. I've never had an issue with my car.

  • Terrible horrible service

    After engine failure due to a engine recall on my Hyundai, I had my car towed to Auto Nation. After waiting 8 days my car still had not been looked at. They did not even acknowledge the car had arrived. 3 calls everyday unanswered, 3 emails to the service manager everyday no reply. Had my car towed to another dealer. Traded it in that day for a new care. Auto Nation is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    It takes a month to get an appointment so that’s inconvenient. This time they forgot to put the reminder sticker on my windshield - a small thing but so helpful if it’s there.

    I moved from Illinois a while back and have been trying to find a solid dealership/Hyundai service provider to get all my car work done. I was very unsatisfied with the professionalism in Athens where I live, so I came here hoping to have a better experience. You guys are very easy to work with. Service is professional, and everything is painless. I’ve dealt mainly with Chaz and he has been great to work with so far. Very knowledgeable on his end and great with staying in contact to schedule appointments.

    Although my experience was long and a bit of a headache, Aimee helped in every way possible to figure some issues out. She seemed to be the only one working. Thanks to her, issues were caught, she gave discounts for the inconvenience and sent me on my way with a safe car. She cares. So I’ll call he first thing if I need anything.

  • Apart from Initial Visit, Service was Great

    If I had to rate my initial visit, it would be 1 star or less if that was possible. I was greeted by a service advisor who was completely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. However, once I made it clear that I would not work with that person, my experience greatly improved. It took about 2 months for my car to repaired due to my engine being on back order, but communication was excellent throughout the process. If I could bypass my initial visit, I would have given them 5 starts.
