Apart from Initial Visit, Service was Great

onIf I had to rate my initial visit, it would be 1 star or less if that was possible. I was greeted by a service advisor who was completely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. However, once I made it clear that I would not work with that person, my experience greatly improved. It took about 2 months for my car to repaired due to my engine being on back order, but communication was excellent throughout the process. If I could bypass my initial visit, I would have given them 5 starts.
